My engine oil light alert came on while traveling to Rehobeth and I had to stop to put oil in my car asap. I stopped at the Auto zone in Millsboro DE and was greeted kindly in the store and everyone ( the woman who looked up my cat oil type) and the gentleman who actually put the oil in my car were awesome! They made my day and would stop there again if needed! Thank you for being so kind, helpful and attentive to my needs!

I went in for a part, and the lady at the register with blonde hair was as rude as it gets. She gave me an attitude about the aisle, the part was down when I said I didn't see it. Then, when I said the part she thought was correct didn't look like the picture I was trying to show her, and then she mocked me. When I asked her what her name was, she said, What is yours to me. It was unbelievably rude service.

My experience is with their tractor trailers, from DC into Delaware, screaming through my neighborhood with little children, blowing past 3 stop signs, leaning on his horn and giving my husband the finger for pointing it out. Ohh, and the blasting of his horn. Karma's watching.

Stopped in here a few days ago with a Completly dead battery. It Was One of the most hottest days we had. I appreciate the quick action and work of the employees with a willingness to help. I Ended Up purchasing a brand new battery they installed for me in the dead heat of the day. They tested my alternator which I originally was stopping to test. I left informed and equipped with battery that will not die. The Heat Was Very Overwhelming Personally I would not have been offended if they couldn’t do it right then. They With smiles did all they could to diagnose and help. I been back at least once to get further recommendations with the same attitude and positivity shown every visit

The millsboro store sucks I will never go back ever again I go in the store to return a part I didn’t need I had my receipt but I didn’t have my debit card so I asked if I could get a cash refund the no teeth manager and the old lady both said no we can’t do that when I know good and well you can so I had to goooo all the way back home to get my card

Definitely terrible, they did a bad job at everything. With communication doing there job , and there attitude. Very upsetting I will not be back to that place definitely don’t recommend it unless you want to be dissatisfied and loosing your money worth.

Counter employees could not reference a simple NGK spark plug, when I even had the plug number!! Don't waste your time, the employees are not knowledgeable AT ALL!!!! Go to Advanced Auto instead!

What a great bunch of employees over at the AutoZone. A shout out to Cam!!! He helped me exchange a consumable, which is normally not allowed. They made things right for me and I am very appreciative. I will continue to shop there.

They are open late, That's about it. Always short staffed. If you call, don't get put on hold as they rarely pick back up. Prices tend to be higher on a lot of maintenance fluids than the local Napa or Carquest. They do have a self check out, so if you prefer self-serve instead of waiting in line at the counter, that's a good thing. Hard pass unless you have to.
