i purchased 4 new bridgestone tires at millsboro tire center on 11/30/23 . at the time of installation i noticed no problem however 3 months later the car started shaking violently i needed 2 hands on the wheel to remain in control . i got stopped an inspected the car on the side of the road ,i didn't see anything wrong that would shake the whole car .si i tried to go again an it seemed ok but was shaking slightly . i proceeded home with this condition till i hit a pothole then the shaking came again but much harder i could no longer drive the car.at this point there was no more driving i had it towed to a local meineke ! they discovered a broken stud an 4 lose lugnuts ,which allowed the wheel to start eating itself,so the result of the new tires being mounted by unprofessional technicians is a 1600 dollar repair bill. which bj without even speaking to me decide between someone named trish an bill remy made the decision to not pay the repair bill ! so to all of you i say make the trip to a different location to get your tires ,if they screw up here they will not pay for the repairs !!when it was obviously their mistake !! buy beware store #197 located in millsboro de is not reputable an do not stand behind their work.

I am a regular customer at the BJ's in Millsboro, but the treatment I received at the register today was absolutely horrendous. I am appalled by what I witnessed today, the lady at the register looked at me with disgust as I had just come from work and refused to help me with clearly heavy objects, stating that it was not her job to do so. Workers at the register are supposed to help the customers, but the people on the register today did anything but that.

I'm giving this bjs a 5 star because of the nicest most helpful employee Jodi B!! I think she needs a raise for she goes out of her way to help you and is so very pleasant ! There should be more employees like this ! You go girl , keep up the good attitude and your helpful way!

The reviews speak for themselves! Believe them. I can't even begin to express my disgust for this BJs, and I'll never renew my membership. My family grew up as BJ members. The management is a JOKE, they'll take any incompetent individual to make sure they don't make any of their wrongs a right. Not to mention "Bill" in member services lacks ANY sort of customer service. The way he speaks to you, treats you and how careless he is - he's a PERFECT representation of what BJs has become. Save. Your. Money! And FORGET attempting to "save money" by getting gas here; the older gentleman makes it clear he wakes up everyday with the intent of making people's lives miserable if he has the chance to. Save your sanity instead. I've purchased items that were missing pieces - DIRECTLY from the store. Due to additional past issues I've spoke with the district manager who assured they were aware of how terrible the Millsboro location is and to make the trip to Dover instead. As if they were worthy of continued shopping at all. I'll happily take the time and trip to Costco.

I would like to give them zero stars. I purchased a shelf from BJ's. It took 10 days to arrive, and when it arrived, it was a used box completely ripped taped back together. They sent me a return. I don't know why it was returned. All I know is they sent me a used and returned item. customer service said send them an email. His name was Jack. I sent Jack the email with the pictures and he did nothing about it. The photos show how I received the box. This is why I want to give

Tire center: husband took car in to have a tire plugged. Told him to come back at 4 pm, 5 hours later. Get there, they say 45 minutes... do some shopping. Car was in a space 20 minutes later. Guy comes out and says wheel locks no Kay anywhere in the car, can't plug only patches... WTF? Key was in glove box. So thanks for having us out twice for nothing.

I Purchased a refrigerator from Bj on line and 6 months later I found out that they delivered a refurbished refrigerator instead of brand new refrigerator. Very poor customer service... Don't order anything online from BJ because you may get a used items instead.

Waited over 30 minutes for 1/2 a pound of lunch meat. Customers and service members were all very rude. Everyone is very impatient. Have definitely seen better service. Why have a meat case with precut food if you are gonna have only 2 different things in it? Would do zero stars if I could.

Yes I do recommend BJ’s! I love the store. But the employees need to make sure that they flush all the drugs, before they leave the bathroom because today while I was in BJ’s waiting to go onto the family restroom with my two year old,because the women’s restroom was being cleaned. A employee came out, and I went right after her. She didn’t even wait, and left her dope bags behind in the toilet! So I took a picture and I went to the management hopefully this will be handled accordingly and appropriately. Because my children going into a bathroom without bags pisses me off

35 minutes to wait in line? You got rid of the cashiers? The employees at Millsboro look miserable AF. Will not be renewing next month. It's not worth the frustration, the customer service at millsboro was below par before the pandemic, and you took it upon yourselves to make the shopping experience at BJs in Millsboro more miserable than it has to be. Still got my Costco card, no problem taking a day trip with the coolers in the back. Well look at that. The problem fixed itself. Bye.

Customer service is not part of BJs business model. I went one time, a little over a year ago, and they sold me on membership. Today, I got the renewal notice and called to tell them I do not want to renew. It seems I have to go to BJs in person to cancel. Since there is no BJs where I am, that can't happen. The woman on the phone said basically it wasn't her fault and she hung up. I am not contacting PayPal in the hopes that they will block the renewal. If not, I know I can count on American Express. There is no room for this lack of customer service. Costco is far better in every way.
