Just became a member and I like it. I come from up north and granted it is no costco; however, it has a lot to offer. All of the employees are helpful and very nice. There was a cashier who has blonde hair and was working the morning of 03/06 and she was amazing.I'll still give 5 stars but I went last friday and there was hardly any produce. I know this may be out of the stores control and may be the result of a supply issue, but that was disappointing.

Nice store and people, just wish someone would answer the phone.

I love being able to pick up things in bulk. It's a great time saver. However, I bought rotisserie chicken (three of them), planning on an evening's dinner, then cutting up and freezing the rest for chicken salad and casseroles. When I cut into them, they were not cooked through. Needless to say. I won't be buying them again.

Liquor store open to non card holders opens at 9 (not 8 as per website) has some decent prices on moderate selection.. cashier arrived late and explained she only has to clock in at nine, not have the doors open which happened at 908. Stocking guy was angry and rude but I suspect the rainy day didn’t help. Overall skip for better options except for a decent price on a wine my wife loves

They don’t have enough checkers. People with carts full were using the self checkout witch states 15 items or less. There were more employees standing around talking them helping people check out.

We were at BJ’s today and were hoping to get bleach. The shelf was empty but there were plenty up above. I located an employee stocking shelves across the other side of the store. A very kind employee by the name of Eileen said she would go get a forklift to get the pallet down. She stopped what she was doing and got the forklift and retrieved the bleach. I just wanted to acknowledge her commitment to customer service. It’s rare to find an employee who would put the needs of a customer first! She had a helper name Lane who helped her, but Eileen is the true hero!

Good prices, well stocked and clean store. Customer service desk needs some faster, better trained people. The line waiting took 15 minutes to get two people in front of me through.

Watched a customer service rep scream at a senior citizen at check out because she didn't understand the technology. When I said I thought she was disrespectful she screamed at me. When a manager got involved the employee was so intense and unsettling the manager just let her leave her post and told me she's a good employee. Not renewing our membership.

Decent prices but always have an issue using their downloaded coupons. Website is just a mess. No food court.Costco is much better-peices, variety and quality.

They always have 4 people working the deli and one person actually serving customers. I mean seriously I’ve waited 45 mins for lunch meat because they are so worried about pre sliced meats.

Store is decent but service is abysmal especially at the check out line. If you want to be ignored even when you speak to an associate, to ask for assistance come here. You get better service at a Walmart self check-out line than here and that's saying something.

BJ's in Millsboro, Delaware, are a little too aggressive at the exit door with checking receipts. Too often a long line snakes onto the selling floor while the 'greeter' sniffs through each of your bags, but never well enough to find anything if in fact someone has stolen something. All this before he/she endorses your receipt with a felt-tip marker.Amazon manages to run stores across the country with no checkouts at all. What I mean to say is that there are stealthier, less-intrusive and better capable technologies out there to curtail shoplifting. I am not a thief, and I get really sensitive about it when I'm forced into a lineup while some ridiculous greeter gives me and MY bought and paid-for items a once over before I can leave the store.Given the annual fee, it's debatable that I do much better at BJs than if I took a little extra time to shop smartly. Until their accusatory loss-prevention policy becomes much more reasonable and less intrusive, I'll stick to BJs for gas only.

Just called to check if an item was in stock and Keisha answered and was very helpful and had a very kind spirit. It’s rare to talk to someone in customer service that has a positive attitude.
