My battery died today so I called there to ask if I buy a battery there if someone there could put it in for me. John the gentleman that answered said we don’t put them in if it’s raining. It was raining but very little at the time and I was only 2 mins away so John said bring it over and we’ll see what we can do. When I got there the young lady said John just left and then said with no care in the world for a customer that no we aren’t doing it today. Very disappointing her customer service/ care for another person. I believe she shouldn’t be in any customer service job with the way she has no care for others AND 2 days from Christmas

Was not greeted. Asked for assistance twice...was given short answers with attitude. Employee acted like he did not want to help. Left without buying anything.

I do love this place, very rarely do i not find what i need. But there is one employee thats always grumpy.. he is still very helpful but I avoid him if i can. The reason for my 4 star is ive bought some tools andThe kit had 3 of the same hex drivers. The break line wrenches I bought are not accurate(10mm+11mm) strips the brass fittings.

The Carquest location at 26396 Bay Farm Rd in Millsboro, DE is by far the BEST! I was greeted and offered assistance when I walked in the door and the employees went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle issues. One part had to be ordered, so I will be returning soon. The store manager and merchandise manager were very courteous and knowledgeable. I was quite pleased with my experience and I would highly recommend this Carquest location, even if the drive is a bit longer.
