Family Dollar is a clean and organized store that offers a variety of products, making it a convenient choice for shoppers. Many customers appreciate the helpful staff, with one employee, Ms. Sue, noted for her friendly demeanor and engaging stories that enhance the shopping experience. However, there have been concerns about inconsistent service, as one customer reported a negative interaction with a male cashier who was uncommunicative and appeared disheveled. Despite this, the overall atmosphere of the store is positive, with shoppers enjoying the great selections of items, including essentials like milk and eggs. The store aims to provide assistance in finding products and offers suggestions, making it a reliable place for local residents to visit regularly.
Im disabled and was not able to find something specific, and Sue at the register told me where it was and walked me over and reached it for me. There are many things wrong in the world of retail, but she's a keeper and I will go back because of her service.

Very clean and organized. If you need something they go and help you find what you're looking for and offer suggestions to similar products if a specific one isn't available.
