Fulton Bank in Millsboro had its lobby door locked today. All I needed to do was drop something off. I called the bank. No live person ever answered the phone. Fulton Bank's lengthy voice mail system is set up to discourage callers from reaching a live person. I tried twice, spending 10 minutes, and the second time ended up in a Call Central (not the Fulton Bank in Millsboro) and they said the estimated wait time was between 20 and 40 minutes. Compare that to other banks who answer their phones and where you can go into the lobby without an appointment in a Covid-safe manner, and Fulton Bank comes up sorely lacking.

Used Fulton bank for about 4 yrs. Staff always seemed nice. Parking lot can be a little hard to get out of due to traffic.

Staff is a great help. They all don't necessarily have an answer but will get it for you. Ms Jones helped me get a log in problem resolved. Seems that I had picked the wrong Butler bank with the same app icon. Once that was straightened out there has not one problem. Nice people to deal with which makes life a bit easier.
