“Picked up a special order item at customer service today, Tom was friendly, knowledgeable and calm with the line behind us growing longer and longer, Rich helped my husband load the heavy item in our truck, Shawna politely helped out when our price needed adjustment. I didn't catch the woman's name that had to find out order somewhere in the huge store but when she returned with the heavy box I VERY MUCH APPRECIATED the fact that she shared with us that it was heavy and we would need help carrying it up our 48 steps!!!!”
