Does anyone at Lowes know how to answer a phone? We are trying to find out where our grill is? It was supposed to be delivered on Sunday but was rescheduled to today because it was not assembled correctly. There is no info online and no one is answering the phone. I should have ordered directly from Blackstone. Incompetence at its best.

Miserable experience with both carpet installation and delivery of stove. Was able to get a partial refund in carrier install and wound up refusing delivery on the stove. Stay away!!!

This store clearly has an employee theft problem. I ordered a pantry door. It has been given 4 different PO numbers yet know one can explain why it has been reordered so many times. If it was damaged upon receipt it would not require a new PO #. There is no follow up or responsibility. Try and make a phone call and you better plan for it to take your entire day. Managers give typical lip service. Manager Jen assured me she was going to put my info on her bulletin board in front of her and follow up with me each week. That was months ago and I have yet to hear from her. I am throwing the big old BS card.

Went for some flowers and mulch that was on sale. was it crowded yes but didn't bother me. short line to load mulch. several forklifts going was in and out. We bought 30 bags was offered what was left on a pallet (easier to load then single load 30 bags) but said no. we are to honest as it was around 20 more bags then we paid for. Assoc helped load in truck and we were on our way.

Ordered an oven a month ago. When I saw the oven and decided to order it said in stock. Once I paid it said it would take a month. Almost canceled then and should have. Oven was to be delivered yesterday. Husband took off work. Get a call from Zack saying “oops, sorry, there was a glitch and we don’t have your stove”. “We have 2 different ones we can give you that are in stock”. Or we’d have to wait at least 6 weeks for the one we ordered. Husband goes there to pic

We are new to the area and our getting items delivered has been a very bad experience.We have been very good customers over the years in upstate New York and have always had great experiences!Put moving to Delaware and dealing with this store has been a horrible experience for us. I purchased a washer and dryer and was sold all the extras to have it all installed and the delivery people refused to bring it in and install it. The actually left it in the boxes in my garage. I t

The people are nice BUT the systems (for lack of a better word) are broken. I shouldn't be on the brink of tears of frustration just to find out if my refrigerator is really going to be delivered today or to confirm if my blinds were ever order from 6 weeks ago. It has taken me 55 mins just to get thru to delivery just to find out that my one order is coming from another store. They gave me the phone number but its a fax number! Of course it is! The management of this Millsboro store is just atrocious.

Huge store with lots of options. Sometimes I would prefer if the staff was a little bit more helpful and maybe help the people that clearly had no idea what they were doing or where to find what they are looking for but they're usually helpful when approached by a customer.

The service at this store is substandard. We seriously need competition so we can make choices. As long as they are the only local big box hardware store we are going receive crappy service cause they know they are the only game in town. As the development in this area grows this condition will only increase.
