My husband and I attempted to buy an item that was on sale but did not come up the correct price. Shirley at customer service was EXCELLENT in customer service and offered me comfort measures since I had just had surgery The Assistant Manager Shawna was rude uncaring and did not even want to help us in anyway. Shirley had us return the item and order online so we could get the sale price !
It’s a shame more people are not like her. She is a diamond in this world !!!
Shawna was the only reason I rated a 3

Luke in the blinds/drapery department was very helpful. I needed to replace a window blind on July 3rd before guests arrived. Luke used the Levelor custom cutting machine to trim the blind for a perfect fit. Saved the day 🙌

Went here because their closest competitor didn't have clothing dryers in stock. Would have had to wait a few days to get it. What we wanted was in stock and delivered the next day.

Always love Lowe’s. You can find just about anything there. Great garden section. Tons of cleaning supplies to choose from. I have always bought my appliances there. Their salespeople are always so knowledgeable and friendly. You feel like you’re talking to a neighbor that wants to help you. Great place to shop. I even get my clothes soap there. It’s cheaper than some grocery stores.

I am done with Lowe’s! There was a long line at the garden center checkout with only one check out line open. The main store has only one check out line with all others being self check out. I am old school don’t like self check out. I will go else where even if it means a 30 minute drive.

Bought 3 sheets of T1-11 Friday night. Stored them indoors and installed Saturday morning. 4 HOURS later it starts bubbling up. $45 a sheet for this stuff and it didn't last HALF A DAY! Spent 20+ minutes listening to hold music and unanswered phones at Lowe's. I want my money back!

The only reason why I'm giving it 2 stars is because this location's employees park as close to the store instead of leaving those parking spots for customers. I've worked in retail many years ago and I was always told that employees should park farther from the store and sometimes they even have a designated parking lot.
