Terribly slow service. Finally after receiving service was asked to call salesperson concerning a measurement. Never reached salesperson but was able to leave a number but call was never returned . Not good.

Not fond of curbside pickup as you have to go into the store and get it out of a locker. I bought 2 heavy items and there was no one to help me. One item looked like a return but works okay. Otherwise I like Lowes for many reasons.

Employees in Lowes are generally very nice and helpful. LOWES/DELDOT NEEDS A SIGN ON RT 1 SHOWING THE NEW ENTRANCE TO THE STORE DUE TO CONSTRUCTION. New entrance seems hidden. As a resident of Lewes, I only heard about the entrance from others talking about it. Lowes needs a huge sign alerting customer ways around the construction to their store. The new entrance and exit are good ideas, but folks are unaware of it.

Pretty standard Lowe's but the hardware/fastener section was a nightmare. Looked like it was sorted and stocked by drunk children nothing in its proper drawer. No flanged nuts in metric sizes.

Just purchased a new washing machine from the appliance department. Judy was so helpful, patient, and kind to my son and me. It was a great experience and I couldn't recommend it any higher!

Customer service at Lowe’s is working just like s****.A.O.Smith working just like unprofessional. Let us waited like a week for late responding. We can’t wait more than a week without water heater.Then we bought a new one. No one told us to keep the tank until now. Do not buy stuffs from Lowe’s. Buy from Home Depot’s for better service.

Millsboro DE store 12/26 6:00 pm. Purpose: purchase one sheet of OSB and have it cut. ANTHONY was super! He helped me choose which product, loaded and moved it to the saw, asked if I wanted any excess, found a cashier AND loaded my purchase into my car for me! Five starts all the way! I am new to this area, Lowes had won my business!2/17/24 Millsboro store 11:00 amRita answered my call in customer Service, and went to great trouble to find someone to help me. Roxanne and Wendy, Elijah and Daniel helped me Purchase a 60 pound Evergreen from the garden shop. I could not lift this tree, and so they went to every effort to help this transaction go seamlessly. As a former customer Service manager,I have to say ALL Of the associates I have encountered at Lowe’s Millsboro, go above and beyond for customer Satisfaction.

Well stocked. Clean store. Was very busy in the appliance section, waited for about 30 minutes, no customer service rep asked if we needed help, so we left.

Most rude and unprofessional people I have ever encountered ri ght to the store manager which I just spoke with. FyI it's illegal and against federal law to refuse cash because of yiur technology and. Corporation policy. Money is legit with all water marks. Fun fact literally says for all debts public and private on the bills. People deserve better and to top it all off the representatives think it all funny
