I read nasty reviews here BUT the lady I dealt with was very helpful and understanding as I needed to retrieve an Amazon return box a few hours after dropping it off in order as I forgot to place something inside the box. She found it opened and reclosed it even as it was a busy time of day. I dont need idle chatter just results.

This is the third time I’ve rushed to get here before 5:30, which is online and on their door as the closing time.Today, I arrived at 5:15, rushing from work and they were closed! Very frustrating. They apparently are ready to retire and don’t care. So, we ALL suggest selling the place to someone who stays until closing time, isn’t unwelcoming and unfriendly and makes each of us feel that you’re doing us a favor by doing your jobs!

Absolutely horrible!! We needed some packages mailed to PA and when my husband told me how much they charged him I almost passed out. I have shipped many items of all shapes and sizes in my day and I never heard of a few light packages costing $92.00!!! My husband called me within 5 minutes to let me know that he shipped the packages and the cost. I told him to go back in there and ask for our items back and a refund. The woman said to my husband, “Unfortunately they were already picked up. The truck just took them.” I guess I know what cost $92.00 now. It wasn’t the weight or size of the packages; It was the magical mail truck that materialized out of thin air and took our packages faster than the speed of light!! Now that’s some service!!

These people are the worst... “Judy and bob” should change their names to “Karen and Chad”. They clearly don’t appreciate any customer or their patronage. I’m begging you, if you can drive, spend the money to put gas in your car to drive to the next closest place. Don’t let these people ruin your day.
