“My dogs absolutely love the peanut butter and yogurt “cookies”, treats. My puppers know the cookie container when I remove it from the frig. They start to dance and circle around. I am very happy they are baked fresh and healthy for my boys. I would highly recommend these treats. I have ordered several times and each time the quality is the same. Excellent! They are so well packed, with quick delivery too.”

While my original experience at the store was accurately described and understandably frustrating, I also believe it's important to recognize when a company responds appropriately. Vickie assured me that the situation will be addressed and that additional education will be provided to the staff. That level of accountability means a great deal, and I appreciate the time she took to make things right.
