Waiting, waiting, waiting. Employees sitting around doing nothing. Schedule an appointment they still have empty offices and call you back 20 mins late.

My son went to open a checking account and was told he was rejected, but they wouldn't tell him why. They said it would be about 7 business days until he got a letter in the mail with the explanation why. Well, he got the letter, and it just said he was rejected.
I called the bank after he got home on the day he went in to open the checking account, and the woman had no clue what to do, and she was the one who waited on him.
I asked to talk to the branch manager, and she said he was on vacation. I then asked to talk to the person next in charge that was filling in for him. She said nobody was filling in for him.
This branch manager left on vacation with no instructions for his employees as to who is filling in for him or who to call if they have questions regarding assisting a customer.
It seems the CORPORATE OFFICE should pay a visit to this branch to see how it is being managed.
My branch that I go to will call corporate or another branch to get answers and get you taken care of while you are still at the bank.
I asked the woman to have the branch manager call me on Monday when he got back, so she took my contact information, and he never called back!!!!

I think this branch still uses dial-up internet. Everyone is so nice but my goodness their drive-thru TAKES FOREVER.

I had an appointment and waited 15 minutes past the scheduled time with no assistance.
I called to reschedule and no one answered the phone.
I went online to schedule the appointment and the system was down. Very poor customer service. They lost money today. I was trying to open a CD.

Every time I’ve needed help with anything, I’ve always been treated with kindness & fast solutions. Tina in particular helped me today and she was a sweetheart who worked quickly to find a solution for my issue, so shoutout to her. The team here really is super nice & helpful!

Horrible service! They schedule 2 tellers and 1 banker. Went to move money and walk in here isn’t an option! They don’t tell you they are going to lunch, they don’t communicate the wait! And after sitting waiting an hour they pulled me to the back in with the banker and she saids she is going to lunch! So another hour to wait! They suck at customer service! Worse bank ever!

Never had an issue taking a withdrawal out of my account, did the same thing Saturday, and was fine without a problem, Sunday it was an issue and I had my debit card and license, and was told I needed to sit down with one of the bankers and get my PNC account up to date. I’ve never had an issue at salisbury, Seaford, or longneck locations, but Millsboro I did on Sunday. I had all proofs of ID and phone number that I used at every other location. This was the most difficult bank I’ve had to deal with and makes no sense as to why I’ve never had an issue anywhere else.

I was in the process of taking over some of my mother's accounts due to her age. At one point I was ready to give up as it seemed a never ending stream of information and forms to be signed and notarized. Catherine from PNC Milsboro went the extra mile and helped me get everything done. She was there and willing to help me out. I can't thank her enough.

As my experiences PNC bank in Millsboro DE is the best bank. Because the staffs are very friendly and helpful. And very honestly and trustworthy too. They’re ready to listen and find out the way to help. Specially the Manager Mr. John. He always finds time to all his customers.

Set up an account as I prepare for a move. The worst customer service experiences - one right after the other. I was locked out of my account for almost 6 weeks. Going to the back in the digital age is annoying. Folks assisting don't know what they are doing. Waiting to get auto - deposits re-routing so I can cut the ties. HUGE waste of time on the phones with people who do NOT know what they are doing. No reason to put my finances in their control.
