“I’m actually very surprised at all the negative reviews this post office/employee gets. Jon has never been anything but sweet and respectful to me. After living in Delaware for the past two years what I can tell you is that the general population is incredibly rude and disrespectful. So I’m guessing the attitude they’re getting is probably mirrored from what they’re giving. Great employee, nice little post office. Don’t like it? There are plenty of other offices to go to!”

“Bought a house, previous owners lost the mailbox key. 2 weeks ago went to post office and the gentleman at the counter was more than accommodating to help me. They replaced the lock and issued me a new key within the estimated time frame the guy at the counter informed me.
If you have a problem here, you are probably the problem.”

“Today I went in for a walk-in to get my passport for the first time. I had no previous experience or knowledge on the process. I’m so thankful for the thoughtful , patient, and courteous care I received today. I was a little nervous as well as anxious but, my worker Raina was my little Angel ! She was very competent and helpful. She made the process smooth it went quickly and seamlessly for me. She explained the steps very clearly so as I felt confident in every step being completed correctly. She did not rush yet was sure to answer any all questions while moving my visit quickly. She even gave care in choosing my passport photo after taking my photo graphs as a girl lol I appreciated that added touch too. I’m happy and excited to receive my passport . Good Job to this building and location.”
