I recently moved into the area, and this was suggested by my physician as a local spot to get my prescriptions filled. I have tried them four times and had very negative experiences every time. The little clerk that possibly has down syndrome is very rude and hateful and basically cuts you off while you’re trying to speak to her Leaves you hanging with no responses back and then walks away. I’ve been there twice to pick up my prescription after being told it would take 20 minutes and it’s now two hours and 45 minutes that I’ve waited. So I tried the one in Selbyville and had the same negative experience they will be losing my business moving forward.

HORRIBLE!!! Worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with poor customers service even the most simple script takes over 2 hours to get filled Everytime you call you get put on hold for 20+ minutes if they even decide to answer them you get a bad attitude when you have to ask a question and doesn't matter what day or time you call it's always the same and if its any more then jus a simple script you won't get it for days..

This place is awful no one knows what they are doing I wish I could give no stars but oh well Rite Aid is going bankrupt and maybe that's why this rite aid doesn't want to fix their computers or phones but couldn't get a hold of them so went and called them out in person going to have to switch pharmacies

Called 17 times in a row..that’s 104 rings in 20 minutes…never picked up the phone. Twice in one week our prescription was not in their system every though our hospital insisted it was sent hours ago. Took days to receive a text message that it was ready. This type of failing system infrastructure will cause many to go elsewhere as I am done with them as well.

Poor communication. 9/10 they do not answer their phone in the pharmacy. Two weeks passed without the prescription needed. Told we needed prior authorization from my doctors office. Received the authorization. Told prescription was ordered and only waiting on order. After a total of 3 in-person visits from myself and one from my daughter, still no prescription. I call the Rite Aid in Selbyville to have prescription transferred however, Millsboro must first place it on hold. Go in to Millsboro to ask them to place on hold and am told they will. The next day and still no hold placed. To top it off, when I went in check on the script and ask for the hold to be placed, the pharmacy staff member goes to check on it and comes back, steady having a conversation with another pharmacy staff member while standing directly in front of me... I'm having to interrupt to get my answer. Please do not waste your time with the level of unprofessionalism at this location. Management needs to step it up.

This has to be the, absolute, worst pharmacy in the world. The drive thru is always closed and they are always late filling the medication! They should just close down at this point, because they are useless!

Called to see if my kid prescription is ready, can't even get the pharmacy to answer after 45 minutes, they also force u to listen to n hold music

They never answer their phone! so then I have to drive 20 minutes just for them to tell me my prescription is not ready this is literally the most ridiculous place I’ve ever been at.

If you urgently need your prescriptions, don’t wait for them to call you when they are ready! They claim to be 6 days behind on filling prescriptions!

ZERO Stars. Pharmacy understaffed and poor quality of service for the limited staff they do have. Never answer phones. If they do answer they say "please hold" and never pick up. To get a script you need to drop off and come back a second time. Giant Pharmacy much better.

They didn’t take my Good RX card. Never answer the phone. Expensive. Not helpful I always hear we can’t do that! Closed during lunch????? Go elsewhere!

I get scripts filled monthly like clockwork and every month the do not have my medication in stock! This sets me up for having to make multiple trios to fill my scripts EVERY MONTH. Couldent they keep my medication in stock knowing i have a reporte monthly

Poor customer service communication. I was told to come back in two hours for a prescription but they failed to tell me they are closed for lunch at that time. Just enough time to write a review. Also clerk goes out of her way to be rude.
