Upon arrival I waited about 10 minutes to get my nails done. Kevin was great he is very attention to detail and makes sure that your nails match the inspiration you give him. He is a very talkative, talented guy and will make sure you leave happy with your nails. I recommend going to rose nails if you want the best experience with quality nails.

While the my tech was nice, she hacked my big toes and they are still in pain the next day. She was also very distracted towards the end when polishing. I paid for the next step above a basic pedicure and got no massage at any point nor foot mask as listed. Wasn’t worth my money when you don’t get any kind of massage. I don’t even think lotion went on my foot at all.

This is my first time at Rose Nails and Spa and it exceeded my expectations. Kevin was amazing- extremely kind and takes pride in his work. The spa was very clean as well! I will definitely be back!

Kevin the owner is one of the best technicians in Southern Delaware! He is very professional, precise, and detailed with gel nails. He shape and size every nail to perfection. My nails always look so natural. Kevin will go above and beyond to satisfy customers! Call ahead and book your appointment with Kevin.

My name is Amber wilkerson, I have been coming to rose nails for almost 4 years. I went to another salon closer to where I was and I remembered why I always choose rose nails!
Clean, friendly environment, best service I have ever received!
They now offer massages, Jennifer was very nice and did the dang thing! My body feels so refreshed. Thank you Kevin for always being a great leader, and thank you to his employees for always doing their best!

First time coming here in a year and did not disappoint! The length of time since last visit is because I live out of town every other season except the summer. Last time here, I was with Adrianna and she did just as excellent as a job. Today, Iralis did my nails! This is a fresh new set. She took her time, was careful and attentive to my requests and needs for my nails and we had a wonderful conversation. She is Spanish-speaking, so be sure to have translate up if you don’t know Spanish! Also, she had hers up too so that she could communicate more clearly on my nails and other conversation topics (I know broken Spanish but enough to start a conversation and keep it going!). Originally I was booked with Adrianna again, but she had family matters to tend to, and Iralis was quick to step up. She did NOT disappoint!! Book with her now before she fills up! (Neither of them work Tuesdays, so make sure you book on a day they are there!)

I went to this Nail Salon for the first time in two years and now I see why I took a hiatus from the salon, I asked for a French tip. When it was time to paint I was asked did I want thin or thick I specifically said thin I even showed him a picture which I will attach below not only did he rush on my nails he was very rough and rude. I was told as long as I get to the salon before 6 o’clock I would be fine I got to the salon no later than 5:40 PM I had just gotten off of work from working at 8 1/2 hour shift and all I could think about throughout my shift was getting pampered after I clocked out. After he was done I didn’t even want him to fix my nails I was very upset and dissatisfied with not only his customer service but lack of care. All he cared about was getting his $60 for the set and that was it. From left to right is specifically what I asked for compared to what I received!!!

Longer wait but worth it came a day before my birthday came monday 15th (with my two daughters) and nail tech:** Iralis** did my manicure gel full set shes hispanic little english but learning with google translate lol but shes super laid back and takes her time to see detail i loved my nails even though i got kinda basic colors but the whole process was relaxing and thoroughly done!!!Gracias chica

Horrible RACIST Establishment. I will never patronize this business and I will be spreading the word to my friends, colleagues and followers to not patronize them either. I was unbelievably humiliated by Kevin the owner. I have been going to this business with my daughters since moving to Delaware over a year ago, they aren’t the greatest but they were local. After how I was treated last time I was here I will never step foot in there and I will be reporting them to BBB , NAACP and other organizations that will not tolerate Racial Discrimination.
At the end of my service when I went to pay there mobile pay machine was not working after several failed attempts I was reluctant to try another card . I told Kevin I was going to Food Lion to get cash since it’s free of charge . He shockingly asked me to leave my belonging behind as proof I would return for payment. I told him I was absolutely not doing that. He then instructed the woman Jennifer who did my toes to follow me to Food Lion to make sure I returned. She followed me to the supermarket which was about 20 ft away directly to the register where I was getting cash . I gave her a $10 tip and she followed me out the store I stepped into the curb to take a picture because I knew I was going to write a review she thought I was leaving and ran to the shop saying I only gave her $10 not the whole $50. The owner Kevin came out yelling at me saying I owe him money and yelling obscenities at me when I explained that was just her tip Jennifer then said “Oh My tip, I sorry” her exact words. I then said it was your tip but now you can put it towards the bill since you thought as low of me as Kevin did. I gave him the remainder $40 and told him how insulted and I offended I was by his actions . All he kept saying was “I don’t care You go somewhere else” . I have been to this shop and seen numerous people not ethnic tell them they were going to the ATM or grabbing their wallet from the car and was not treated like this. This was clearly racially motivated behavior and I will not stand for it. I will be looking into what legal action I can take behind this matter. I won’t stop until I get justice !

Cleanliness: Very clean. They use liners in their pedicure tubs.
Stylist: Tommy was fantastic! Took his time, checked periodically to see if I was okay and happy. The foot and leg massage is always the best. Love the hot towels and stones. Splurge for the $60 pedicure! Totally worth it!
