Royal Farms offers friendly service and awesome food. A host in the hot foods department is conversational and helpful. Customers praise the potatoe salad, delicous sauce, and fried chicken. The coffee shop frequently runs out of sugar free, French Vanilla creamer, but an employee has increased the inventory after a complaint. The staff’s customer service skills are outstanding and the store is a great asset to the community.
Ordered an 8 piece mixed on 3/20/2026 at 3:30 pm in the afternoon. The chicken was inedible. Dry and no meat on the bone. I buy coffee at the Roy Farms in Dagsboro, DE 4 times a week. They were consistently out of sugar free, French Vanilla creamer. Being a diabetic, this was very disappointing.
