I've rented 2 different units from here for years now, and I will never go anywhere else, simply because of Paula! She is absolutely amazing at her job. She truly cares, and it shows. Her attention to detail and passion also shines through with the team she has working with her. I've never had a bad experience here. The units are always clean. The entire facility is secured by fencing and gated access, with numerous cameras. I felt that my belongings were safe and secure while being stored here. Thanks again Paula!

Manager is rude. Units r costly.Had significant problems with gate code.

Spoke to Paula several times from NY since my family and I will be moving down to Milsboro. Paula could not have been more nice and answered all of my questions. On the day of getting our unit, The building ( climate controlled ) was immaculate and the unit itself clean. It is great to see someone like Paula that enjoys her job and treats her customers right.

Paula in the office called to let us know that the size unit we were waiting for was available. We met with her to view the unit and arranged to lease it. Paula was professional, friendly and very helpful. We highly recommend renting a storage unit with this business. The rates are competitive and their staff are professional, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Secure Self Storage of Millsboro, De. We have made the last and final move from South Carolina to Delaware and needed storage for all stuff until we make settlement on our new home. Paula set us up with amble space (3 units). Which was plenty. She was great to work with! Thank you!

Secure Self Storage and Paula were great to deal with! They went out of the way to call and keep in touch with me when a unit became available. It made my moving process much easier knowing I had a storage unit ready and waiting! The storages are well kept and very clean! I would recommend Paula and Staff to anyone looking for a storage unit at a fair price! Don't hesitate to call them!
