My parents in their 70s rented a unit from this place. After purchasing they tried to go back and drop a few boxes off. They couldn't get into the gate. They went back the nest day and were able to gain access. We came to help move heavy things and arrived with a boat load of stuff only to realize that we couldn't access the unit. We were also trying to beat the rain. After sitting outside the gate for an hour everything got wet due to rain we were trying to beat. Recommend place across the street. Gates always accessible. Was worried my 70 year old parents would get inside and then not be able to get out again. It was at least 5 hours until they got the gate open. It's a huge problem.

Arrived after trying to store things in my unit and the manger is sitting at the fence and tells us we can’t open the gate because the WiFi is down. We arrived here with a truck and trailer full of things to store and had to wait quite a while to access our unit

Horrible experience! Was never able to access the unit & after NUMEROUS attempts to contact someone by email & phone, FINALLY was able to cancel after 3 months of rent had been taken & was told no refund could be given. NOT HAPPY!!!

Staff is very friendly and good to deal with. Outside storage is a little tight. But that’s because I’m at the maximum length for my boat.

Easy to arrange rental of a unit and set up automatic monthly payments. Quick and easy to cancel account at move-out too. Lisa was very kind and helpful in all my dealings with her.
