If I could give a ZERO I would! I had been going to this nail salon for over three years and always had “T” do my nails. I had read all the negative comments on-line regarding Kenny, the owner (soooo true) but went anyway due to the convent location. Due to my job, (medical industry) I’ve had to cancel some of my appointments over the years and reschedule for another time and always gave notice ahead of time. Kenny told me if I cancelled one more time I was no longer welcomed at his shop! Don’t come back! So I went in for a fill and all he did while I was there was talk about me and so did “T”! I confronted him and “T” and I no longer give him my business! Ladies be ware, they talk about everyone and have no value for customer service, especially Kenny! Spend your money else ware, anywhere else because they don’t appreciate you or your business! I now go to Cartino’s and enjoy the services very much and better priced!

This place is disgustingly please don’t go here !! It should be shut down by the way it looks inside and one customer was in there which should say enough. I went to get my nail redone and the old man sitting on his phone told me “we can’t do that here” I’m sorry aren’t you a nail salon? I was very confused .. he was extremely rude and unprofessional. STAY AWAY !!

Unfortunately, our experience at this nail salon was disappointing. Upon arrival, my daughter and I noticed an unpleasant odor that lingered throughout the space, and the overall cleanliness of the salon did not meet our expectations. We ultimately decided to leave and seek service elsewhere. First impressions matter, especially when hygiene and comfort are at stake. I apologized to the owner and was wished “Good luck” on our way out the door, it was an unnecessary and dismissive comment.

I get a gel fill every time I come here, and I’ve never been disappointed! Although I know it’s typical to get a fill every two weeks or so, the work is so great here that my fills tend to last me 4-4.5 weeks! I’ve only got a pedicure here once before, and it was nice for them to polish my finger nails while I was actively getting my pedicure done (to save time). Kenny does my nails here and I won’t ever go anywhere else!

Poor quality of service. Linda chose the wrong color and I did not realize until she was done. Usually the tech confirms the color with you. She Had to repaint my nails and did so with an attitude. The paint job was of poor quality. I took the polish off in the salon and left. Never to return. Had a read the reviews before going, I would not have tried them!

My first experience with Tip Top and I won’t be back. Stopped by to refresh my dip powder and was happy to get in right away. The tech was all over the place, mixing her bottles up and seemed to have no consistency in her work. Super unfriendly, seemed to be bothering her. Not at all happy with the outcome. My nails don’t look like they were just manicured or filed.

Even with an appointment, I was kept waiting nearly 20 minutes while they took somebody who was a walk-in ahead of me. That was a bit irritating. For the time it took and the money I spent it wasn’t worth getting my nails clipped. I didn’t want any polish, so the technician massage my feet for a few minutes longer. I could barely feel her hands on my feet, so I wouldn’t really call it a massage.

Pedicure was nice. I had a refill on acrylic nails. The technician did not trim my nails. Quality was good for the price. Efficient time put in by technicians.

No matter who's chair I sit in, they all do a beautiful job, been to other salons that are high-end $$ big name salons and paid way more for their services and found that Tip Top does just as good even better. And never once said ouch there! Very gentle on your nails.

The quality of powder dip is awful here!!! I usually get it done elsewhere and it lasts a minimum of 3 weeks, but usually 4!!! Here, after 1 week, they began breaking and at 2 weeks they are all peeling and almost all broken! I’m so upset, because I finally got them to be the same length! I would NEVER go here again!!! I now have to pay to get this awful product off my nails to prevent more damage!!!
