They need to fire their lazy drivers. They just throw my packages at the edge of my driveway, which is only 10ft from the front door. They barely get out of their trucks. I've seen them do it. Increases risk of package theft. I'm considering legal action since that is mishandling of mail.

NEVER EVER USE THERE DROP BOX!!! Itâs been two days since I dropped two packages in it and they havenât been scanned anywhere no one knows where these packages are at. These packages contained valuable football cards that were purchased through eBay and I donât even know what to say to the customers. This is ridiculous..

Wow! The two women (I canât possibly use the term ladies) working on Tuesday March 26, 2024 must have been top of their USPS class âHow to be as rude and discourteous as possibleâ. The women helping me announced loudly that I had 6 minutes. I wanted to send the package priority, so she handed me a priority sticker and sent me across the lobby to fill out the sticker. Meanwhile, her coworker is yelling across the lobby âYou have four minutes!â and as I turned to head back to the desk, she yelled, âhurry up!â Mind you I walk with a limp because of knee injuries. Sheâs yelling at a 60 year old woman to âhurry upâ. When she gave me the cost, and I asked her if there was another way it might be less expensive, she said yes, but I would have to write the address on the actual box. She told me if I wanted to do this I would have to take the package away and come back another day. Really? I have been in that exact situation in other post offices and postal employees have handed me a marker and I have written the address on the box and 15 seconds later we continue with our transaction. I understand it was close to closing, but I also work in customer service and I would be terminated for this behavior. Someone needs to get rid of these people, and put someone in their place that understands what true customer service is. USPS, you can do better than this! You need to train your employees how to treat people.

I donât understand all of the negative comments, since I have never encountered any problems when in the actual post office or with my mail delivery ( at least not here in Millsboro). Nora our delivery person is greatâŚâŚI do think it is easier to complain than give a compliment.

The woman that worked the customer service desk on the morning of Saturday Oct.14th needs to be fired. I have never dealt with anyone at this post office more unprofessional. She had me interrupt a transaction between her coworker and another customer to break change for a $50 bill to complete my transaction after she very rudely told me she didnât have change to break my bill. I never saw 1 sign that stated that they didnât take large bills but when she opened her register I clearly saw she had enough to break my bill. Her whole attitude was totally ghetto and Iâm not sure why the postal office would want her as an employee representing them

Had to mail something on a Friday and I needed it to get to Pennsylvania by Monday. I was trying to overnight it when the helpful staff explained to me that I could just do priority mail and it would still arrive by Monday and would save me approximately $15. Very thankful.
