We made appointments for Covid and Flu shots online and checked in at the kiosk but no luck. Waited and when asked the person giving shots if she has seen our appointment, she asked for our Medicare card even though we have an advantage plan. In addition, she kind of indicated that she had not seen our appointments. My husband drove back home to get the Medicare cards. In all the whole effort took11/2 hrs. With that said, Walgreens needs to make changes to ensure things like this don’t happen. Nevertheless, I won’t return to this store.

Prices have more than doubled. My insurance company confirmed you are submitting higher charges. If your suppliers are charging more maybe you need to find new suppliers..I will go to other pharmacy to obtain my prescription I can’t afford to deal with ..

Ok, had a bad fall- ER trip, ER called pain meds in early in the day- finally discharged at 4pm - called to see if meds were ready - apparently the pharm chains are having walk outside and issues with help - took me a couple days to get my meds bc of the walk offs - check your pharmacy for issues getting meds before settling on getting prescriptions called in - the chain stores might not be the best way to go - other than that I have no issues

Walgreens on DuPont highway in Millsboro is the absolute worst! NO ONE answers the phone! After waiting 20 mins. for someone to pick up the phone - they answered and hung up on me!I called back and asked to talk to the Store Manager.... I was connected to their number ---- NO ONE answered the phone. I called back - "Oh Store Manager is out sick today!"AWFUL - do not go there!In addition - they take way too long to get medications in. Even the store in SOuth CArolina, took days to get some meds in!

The worst pharmacy ever takes forever, planfor 30 to 45 minutes to pick up a prescription regardless of what time you get there - that's both inside and in the drive through.

Do not use the pharmacy . App says my prescriptions would be ready by 230pm . At 545 they were just getting them ready . It's just putting a damn label on one of them so 1 out of the 3 i could've takin today . And the the pharmacy closed. Slower than shit here. Also had a PCR test takin last Wednesday so i can get results and get back to work this week. Checked the app and it says it was not received yet. Called the lab and the lab blamed Walgreens saying this is not the 1st time it has happen here . They told me to call Walgreens., Girls puts me on hold , prob ate some of her lunch .., comes back and goes sorry really nothing i can do . . Fkin people are useless slower than ass here .. Good job clowns thanks for nothing !! i can get a side job here , do nothing and still get paid . Management blows

Absolutely ridiculous lines for the pharmacy with normal wait times of 1 1/2 hours just to drop off a prescription for canine insulin which in Delaware requires no prescription for insulin be it human or animal but this Walgreens does. The staff is so overwhelmed and understaffed that a simple answer to a question after waiting in line for an hour takes 20 minutes ! Health insurance is taking away our choice of personal care that you would normally get from your mom and pop pharmacies and forcing hard working men and women to these “Pill Mills “ or “ Big Pharma”. I worked all my life giving up a huge percentage of my salary just because I valued my Health Care Benefits now I’m relegated to a pharmacy where 20 people in line behind me answered my question before the pharmacist did ! Pretty pathetic. Plus I swatted little bugs that were flying in my face the whole time in the store !

I reside between 2 Walgreens. This is second time visiting this store. The other night I arrived at 7pm I was the only only one in store. The check out counter is directly in front of door. I was there shopping for about 45 minutes. when I approached the check out the cashier said cash only ! No apologies no explanation. just our machines hasn't worked all day!I went to the "other" Walgreens store one day later , they were friendly, and helpful . My purchase was 300.00 which included digital coupons . I Used my care credit to pay.The next day I had to return 4 items , and do a FedX drop off . I was close to the 1st store so decided to pop in make my exchange snd go.After 20 minutes of the cashier trying to scan my items, she looked up , and said, "we can't return these ". I questioned her refusal to give me credit she ignored me cut me off said . appalling, to have to engage with this level of arrogance. Walgreens customer service is horrible. I will Never return !!! Never have I had these experiences at CVS .
