Without a doubt the worst pharmacy counter that I have ever encountered. Poor customer service No interest what so ever in the customer . Very interested in the workers benefits because the hours that they are open are not to the customer benefit. They may be shirt staffed, so if I were them I would shut down till you can hire yhe proper support staff . I had my wife pull all of her scripts from this Walgreens and move them to Rite Aid. Also the stror in general is very dingy and not current

Take a look at the accompanying photo and tell me what has to have gone wrong for there to be ten people in the pharmacy line on a Tuesday evening along with another half dozen cars in the pharmacy drive thru lane. The only good news was that multiple people gave up and left. One guy told me he had been waiting over an hour. I considered the drive thru option but then I could potentially be spending another $5 on gas so I waited it out. A mere 40 minutes later, I had my Meds firmly in hand! Thanks Walgreens!

The other night, I was standing in line with three people in front of me. There was one cashier (which is fine), while the manager was on a different register fixing a complicated transaction. The line was still long, and the customer at the register was attempting to complete a food courier order for Gatorades. She obviously was flustered when she couldn’t figure it out, and she even offered to have the cashier cancel the transaction so the customers behind her could pay for their stuff, but he said that couldn’t be done. When the manager finished with the complicated transaction for the other customer, she simply walked away, while telling the sole cashier that she would be in the office. Would it have been a huge ordeal for her to simply take care of one or two customers, while the food courier customer was holding up the line? The manager should have been more of a team player, but apparently that’s not on her agenda.

Excellent customer service even during this pandemic. Friendly, knowledgeable staff with winning smiles in spite of the masks.

Please teach your workers customer service in your pharmacy area. I witness a young man be rude to an elderly woman, instead of trying to assist her. Your staff have jobs, because we spend our money there. We deserve at minimum, to be greeted and respected. Stop hiring people that clearly don’t want to be there?? The staff at Long Neck are slower, but appreciate the customers business ??

The worse experience ever. Everytime I take my mother to Walgreens in Millsboro on Dupont blvd, it is a crazy experience. This is the pharmacy area I'm taking about. Keily, the pharmacist was great to my mom and I, but as far as the rest of the pharmacy assistants and the store manager, sylvia, they are not nice to customers. I will never go in that store again. This isnt just 1 visit. This has happened in every visit. I'm changing pharmacies.

I use tis pharmacy a lot! Aug 24th I picked up 2 prescriptions!! It was around 4 or 4:30pm! The cashier said both prescriptions were ready! I noticed they were both expensive! I asked if she billed my insurance! She said no! I demanded she bill my insurance! She billed my insurance so I was about 2 pay when I notice the other prescription was still expensive! I asked if that medicine was billed! The cashier said no! Tis was really ridiculous! When u tell a customer that their prescriptions r ready 4 pick up..that normally means they’ve billed the insurance!! I almost paid more money than I actually had 2! Good thing I asked that my insurance b billed! The cashier was lazy & unprofessional

I contacted the "big honcho" of all the Walgreen's in this area about the fact that I asked for a particular "brand" of medication and the pharmacist said he was unable to get that brand because they only give out what they get in their warehouse. I said, "you mean, I CANNOT request a certain brand of medication"..."HE" said, "it don't work that way"! I replied..."oh, it DON'T"? This is supposed to be an educated man!? He supposedly went through medical school for his degree? Scary, huh? Not only THIS, but how can they possibly claim a 2.8 on the rating scale when ALL of the highest ratings were 5 to 6 YEARS AGO!!!???

They need to hire more help for the pharmacy. I’ve had to call/come in 2-3 times to have each of my prescriptions refilled. They are very overwhelmed.
