We have a place in Bethany Bay and we were headed back home this morning to PA. Started my SUV and a low coolant warning came on. Drove straight to Atlantic Auto Repair. Within minutes Steve came out and filled up my coolant. No charge. You have a customer for life!

There are very few businesses that seem to care about customer satisfaction. Rob at Atlantic Auto puts customer satisfaction at the top of their list. They are professional and work to meet customer expectations.

nice people, but i asked them to do a few things and they did not do one of them, didnt even look and the problem is still happening, plus theres now a scratch on my exhaust that wasnt there before, probably not going back

We just had an oil change/filter in our Porsche 911 -- they did a great job. Much easier than going to the dealer for minor things. Friendly too!!! Highly recommend them.

Truck broke down while on vacation. Got the car into their shop on wednesday evening, and it was done by friday morning. Price was fair and they were friendly.

I will NEVER be able to tell you how their repair services are, because I will NEVER use this place...
1. We tried to leave a car overnight at the Millville location, but at the bottom of the form, it said that all Euro cars are only serviced at their Bethany Beach location. So, we drove down to Bethany & left the car there overnight.
2. The next morning, the Bethany location called us and said that the Millville location had never gotten around to fixing that on the form & that all Euro cars were only serviced in Millville.
3. We then picked up the car & the next day drove it back to Millville & tried to leave it to have a battery replaced. The service writer asked me if so & so said that we could drop the car off. I didn't know who that person was & she said that for any Euro cars, they only have one technician and he's booked well into May.
I guess for American cars they'd do a good job, but if you have any other kind of car, you have been warned!
BTW, it all worked out great. Goodyear got the battery changed in an hour!

Absolutely the best. If you're in Sussex county and need work done on your vehicle, this is THE PLACE. Reliable, reasonable, professional, and personable. I've gone to this shop for years now and they never disappoint.
You can only make an appointment for oil changes, but all other repairs are done in a timely manner. Great communication and the prices are reasonable. You do NOT want to bargain basement fix your vehicle, good work costs what it costs to keep your metal baby going! Thank you Atlantic for being consistently AWESOME!
