Tried to go to the store in millville,de 4 seperate times during business hours to purchase new phone only to show up and everything in store on with handwritten note on door to come back at a set time hrs away. Finally got into store and dillan was nice and helpful, ordered a phone for me that said would be in next day but he was off. Tracked the phone and it said was tried to deliver to store during business hrs but was closed.

Visiting the store the other was very pleasant trip. Austin, the only one who was working at the time, plus helping 3 other customers as well knew how to fix all of my technical problems! He got me out of there in less than a hour. Will go back just for him!

Online says store is open at 7:00. 10:00 store still not open. Waiting with three other customers. Finally went to Verizon and got great service.

I was fortunate to have Kyle Lejeune assist me today, Dec 8 2022, at the Millville Delaware location, on a problem I had with my iPhone. In addition to being very patient and pleasant with me, he brought an exceptional amount of experience and knowledge to the situation and I was extremely satisfied with the results. Kyle went out of his way to help me and I am very grateful. I also witnessed the same kind of interaction and result between him and the prior customer he was helping when I arrived and waited for his expertise. He is an exemplary customer service and technical support employee. Thank you Kyle!!

I have had to go to the store twice in the past week regarding issue with my I-watch. Angie who also helped me when I purchased the watch was incredibly helpful. Each time she showed patience with me and assiting me with contacting tech support. Angie spent almost an hour with me each time and was determined to get the watch working.I appreciated all of her time help and if you visit the store ask for her you will be well served. It’s not AT&T directly it’s actually a licensed partner and because it’s just a lot of people don’t understand that things are slightly different. But most of what you need they can help you with and because of their convenience to my home versus the AT&T store I find myself here more often than not.I have always found the staff here to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes there are long waits but the staff never seemed grumpy and always does their best to help.

Tyler was fantastic in dealing with my new phone, Apple Watch and old phone working together. He is very knowledgeable with a “can do” attitude that makes sure you get outstanding customer service. He makes a great teacher while sharing his expertise on iPhone features and various tips.
