I didn’t make an appointment, and just walked in and they took my information and brought me back almost right away & took my insurance, which was great. The NP was very thorough. She saw I had some kind of infection / virus and wanted to be sure it wasn’t RSV, Covid or the Flu. She wrote me a prescription for some cough medicine to help me sleep through the night and the next day they called me back in the AM with my results letting me know it was unfortunately the flu. They already had a prescription called into the pharmacy for me.It’s a very busy / sickly time of year, so thanks for the great care!

Hands down the WORST “urgent care” we have ever been to. We are not from DE however come here enough, and had to go to another urgent care due to not only the lack of kindness from this staff, but also the knowledge and SLOW test results. I have a heart and know it was holiday time myself and my significant other came by. We came Saturday December 23rd because my SO was not feeling well and was coughing so much. She was in so much pain and discomfort. The receptionist was the only one who was nice to be honest. The nurse Patty when she called my significant others name, had literally a full hazmat suite on. Listen, I am a germaphobe and my sister is a nurse at a hospital but wow… she went full out in all this gear. And then proceeded to tell me that I CANT enter the room with my significant other in plenty of discomfort and even fear because we are far from home?! Like really? She was so rude to my significant other throughout the whole visit. The only reason I gave no pushback was because this was the closest place and my significant other would have felt even worse. And now, for the doctor & nurse. I don’t know the doctors name. But he offered no support to my significant other. But did tell her it’s probably not the flu or Covid. They took swabs of her nose and sent her on her way. YEP! That’s it. Nothing else. No other questions, recommendations… nothing. So I then had to take my poor significant other to another urgent care 40 minutes away. We waited a bit there but they were able to inform us of what was happening and she had the FLU.Now come 12/28… we saw BEEBE health on 12/23…. We just got a call to let us know my significant other had the flu. I have neverrrrr been so disappointed in an “urgent care”Trust me, save the trip. Do not go here. Go to anywhere but here because they have no true sense of URGENT CARE at Beebe. The nurse PATTY also… why work in a profession you clearly hate? Don’t pass that on to your patients.I never would spend this much time on a review but I was truly appalled.

We brought our toddler in today and the staff were all so nice and caring. She was upset over a few things that she didn't have to do at the doctor before (they recommended a pee sample and a chest x-ray) and everyone was super patient with her and understanding. We truly appreciated the excellent care we received.

Walked in at 5:15pm was out by 6:15 including testing, and a popsicle and stickers for my daughter. Friendly staff, but more importantly efficient and seemed to be very knowledgeable.

We received great healthcare! PA Bridget Beebe was amazing with my 3.5 yr old daughter. Great approach with kids and very nice bedside manners. The check-in staff was also very nice and helpful. Everyone was very accommodating and kind. I highly recommend this walk-in healthcare.

My husband was not feeling well, coughing all night x3 days We are from Philly. We are here for a wedding sadly husband was not feeling and went to this facility. The front office check in was easy. Before I go on, we went on a Saturday morning 930am. When we arrived we were greeted by the receptionist. From there we were then asked to fill up information on line. Shortly we were taken to a room. About 10 min later the Md came in. I liked the md's mannerisms. He listen to my husband's complaint. I was impressed. He said, I will get you better before you leave here. The Md listened to his lungs. The then the nurse came in and gave my husband 60 mg of prednisone and a Neb tx. After the Neb tx was done , the Md game in and states that my husband needs to go and get a chest X-ray. It was around the corner , walking distance. The chest X-ray was taken and advised to go back to the urgent care. We were taken to a room awaiting the results of the chest X-ray. Thank god, it was neg for pneumonia but starting with bronchitis. The Md prescribed prednisone x 1 month, abtx and inhaler I highly recommend this urgent care walk in. My husband really appreciates that the Md listened to his complaints

I am down In the area on Vacation and had To bring my 5 year old in to have his ear checked. It took almost 2Hours to be called in, but the staff was very friendly. The nurse and Dr listened to what myself and son told them. I did not feel rushed at all. I wish the wait time wasn’t so long, but I do understand it was a Saturday in the middle of the summer in a Beach destination.

Just got back from a week vacay in the Bethany beach area. Two family members ended up needing to find care. They went on separate days and both had a great experience with the doctor and the staff. They both had to wait and be patience as the place was busy, but when they were seen, the staff gave them their time and did not make them feel rushed.

Not sure why the reviews are so bad. Don’t expect quick service anywhere in Sussex county. If you actually lived here you would know that!Millville is located right near the beach…which in the summer gets very busy. The providers here are great and take care of us.

We went here because my daughter was having a bad allergic reaction to a wasp sting and my grandson was having an asthma attack. We had to wait over 2 hours to be seen. When they got back to see the doctor, the doctor told them that they should have gone to Beebe's ER which was a couple of miles from the Mill lville location. Because we are not from Delaware we were not aware that a different location existed and the check in staff should have informed us of that.

Terrible staff. Disrespectful, miserable, inconsiderate, and the complete opposite of what you expect in the healthcare / hospitality environment. The nurses have a “not my problem” and “I don’t have to talk to you” mentality and it really shows. They are beyond rude and should NOT be nurses to say the very least. If you’re miserable with your job and life just say that and don’t work in healthcare. Their policies are not uniform at all at the walk in and I could take it legally if I wanted to. I have recordings and documentation. Seriously do not go here. Go to the emergency room if you can at the new hospital by hockers.
