It's ok... overwhelmed, understaffed and too damn busy all the time. Zero privacy so forget counseling as you must shout questions through a huge busy grocery store for the ENTIRE world to hear... not their fault but a poor set up design as one of the last pharmacies standing in the area. Sigh. You take what you can get.

for some reason, sometimes when we try to schedule our vaccines, the website doesn’t work ;/ The counter staff is not always very friendly, but has gotten better, and the pharmacists are always wonderful ??
