“Roy saved MattressFirms reputation and from losing a customer. 5 stars for him 3 for tthe firm and 1 for the online AI assistant. We ordered a mattress and protector through the web site to be delivered in lower Delaware. Protector came by mail a few days early. Mattress did not show up. Checked online, order shows complete. Chatbot can not help the situation. Called stores, referred back to web site. After 2 days called this branch, Roy answered. AMAZING Roy listened took a good look and found a glitch that had the delivery come from New Jersey. They do not deliver to Delaware so your system marked order complete because we received the protector. And now the mattress is out of stock. Roy never even put me on hold. I heard him get authorization for a better replacement delivered ASAP. No chatbot could handle this. When a customer asks repeatedly for days to talk to an agent the AI needs somewhere to hand off to a human. Like I said 6 stars for Roy, 1 for the system and actually 4 for Mattress Firm, the mattress is very comfortable. Thank you Roy. You saved the day.”
