Not happy because I have to call every month to pay even though I am on automatic and budget payment. This changed recently and I do not like it. It's a waste of paper every month when I get a bill.

As a new resident in Lewes, Delaware, I made the error of not registering my new account with an already existing and functioning propane service. Shame on me. Bob Willey decided that a note that proceeded my arrival in town was adequate to warn me that they would come and remove the tank forcefully if I did not re-register. Well, they did remove the tank. A replacement would have been $733.15 from another vendor. Willey was very rude on the phone and not sympathetic that I no longer had propane for my stove. I guess in the end, he did me a favor, because we now cook on an induction system and will no longer require any propane in the future. Also, the 12/17/24 note was left with the previous owner, not me. I was told to fill out a new application for service. In a subsequent conversation, no offer was made to return the tank at zero cost.

Came and took our tank like thief's i know it's there tank but we were paying customers and had even called them few months earlier to ask a few questions when we got a new stove they never gave us any notice that they were going to take it we use it for cooking and heating and still had propane left but they lied and said we didn't they also lied and said we hadn't had it filled since 2022 but when we showed them proof that wasn't true and had it filled in 2024 they said so absolutely terrible unprofessional company we are very understanding people but we strongly feel that we were treated wrong and I bet they're going to comment that I'm lying but I am not couldn't get the owner to talk to us when we were going through this issue but I'm sure he will comment here absolutely unbelievable

5 stars isn’t enough. AmeriGas left my elderly parent’s home without heat (empty propane tank for 3 days) during the coldest days in a decade. Bob Wiley & Sons came to our rescue. Steve installed new units within hours of our call. Thank you.

We switched from Pardee after repeated issues and no satisfaction. Bob Wiley was better in every way, price, delivery and customer satisfaction is through the roof.
They truly value our business and exceed on every level!

I was very impressed with Bob Willey & Sons professionalism, knowledge and expertise with propane sizing for our new home. Bob and his team provided help and guidance and even worked around concrete being poured for sidewalk adjacent to where tank was being set. This kind of customer Experience is first rate and sets Bob Wiley & Sons way ahead of the competition. You can’t go wrong for pricing, friendly customer service and all around great customer experience. Thank you!

Beware!!! Apparently, I am not the first person they do this to. This firm sent me a letter months ago stating they were going to take 1 tank out of the 2 tanks my home had. The reason given to me was I was not using sufficient yearly gas for both. I called to confirm and agreed. Weeks go by and they never picked it up so I assumed they weren't going to. Recently on a trip I see through the ring cameras that they are coming on my private property with no previous or at least 24 hr notice. They drive on my lawn the wrong side because again they didnt even bother to communicate with me and they take BOTH tanks leaving my KIDS AND MOTHER without any source of gas to cook while I was away on a weekend trip. I emailed and called this buisness and they just didn't care. Thankfully Baker Potrulium came out the same day and serviced our home. Horrible place with Horrible hearts. Money was never the issue here and they still did not care. The owner Mr. Willy saw my emails and never responded just told his clerk to tell me to find somebody else.

Comes to my property with out asking or permission, and takes the TANK away like thieft? I know is their property but should of knock the door or ask before hand.

Bob Willey & Sons has served both our business and residential propane needs for over 30 years. Their service is great. They are a family owned company that knows what it means to stand behind your name, not a lot of companies do that anymore.

We highly recommend Willey and Sons Well and Septic. We recently had an issue which required some maintenance work on our well water system and their entire team is polite, courteous, professional, and honest. It turns out that one of our holding tanks that had failed was still under warranty, unbeknownst to us, and they came forward with this information and the install, saving us hundreds of dollars. We are customers for life. For all of your well and septic needs, look no further!
