I have been taking my car (currently 2011 BMW 328xi) to Herb since he bought the shop from Kenny. He has done a great job servicing my car for a fair price. Herb will always consult with me before doing any more expensive repairs. I totally trust him-glad he’s in Milton!! Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Fuel Automotive, my recent visit is the second time in a year Herb has saved me thousands in repair costs. The staff is always polite and helpful and accommodated me with times and invoices I needed. A short google review is hard to explain how grateful I am to them. I will be coming to Fuel Automotive from now on for every service i need on my car.

We have been customers for years. We have moved to North Carolina and we remain customers. It’s an 6 hour drive to visit family and friends AND get our cars serviced at Fuel Automotive. Today was an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. New tires were needed in January and we made the trip for tires from Fuel Automotive! We simply trust Herb to care for all of our vehicles. Trustworthy and Reliable 👍🏼

I’ve been using Fuel Automotive for years for oil changes. I also used them to replace a battery and replace a rear light that had burned out and caused me to fail inspection. Always great service from a friendly and accommodating owner, Herb. Just today I had all my tires replaced because of a slow leak in one of my tires that could no longer be repaired and that brand of tire was discontinued. This was a tire Herb had repaired a few years ago which enabled me to get a few more years out of that tire. It is so hard to find an auto service and repair shop you can trust. I trust Herb and Fuel Automotive. I’m so glad Fuel Automotive is in Milton at a convenient location and I don’t have to make the long trip to the Subaru dealership in Dover which always found something that had to be repaired in my Forester that I could never get out of there without a bill of at least a couple hundred dollars.Services: Tires

I been under the impression that whenever you walk into a place of business, that makes you a costumer or a potential costumer and you would at least expect to at least be treated as such, I’m a General Contractor I stopped there to meet a client who was from the área after riding for over an hour, not having cell service and being in a unfamiliar area. I asked to purchase a water that was in a small fridge in their waiting area and was told by the lady there that the water was for their costumers,I offered to pay for it thinking she might not of heard that I wasn’t trying to pay for it once again was told no, it’s not for sale it is for our costumers, and was giving a look that was unmistakable, it’s ashamed that we are in 2023 and their still exist so much hatred and such lack of empathy towards another human being simply because of they don’t the way you do or because of the color of their skin, to deny someone water on a hot day and to look down on a person in such a way was despicable. I’m glad I’m not a costumer and will never be a costumer if you treat another human being that way I could imagine how you will treat my car.

Poor communication, they will tell you one price and when you pick it up they will give you another, plus we never figured out the route of the issue. We had driven the car off their lot 3 times, we didn’t even make it a mile down the road and all three times the maintenance light came on. They basically have you replace parts until they fix the issue on your dime. In our case the issue was never resolved and we are out over $500.Services: Auto maintenance
