The WORST landscaping company! Landscaper dug their shovel into ground. cut my electric line that goes to garden light. Owner refuses to fix my garden light. Landscapers ruined all my rose bushes. chopped them to stubs. Currently have bald spots in lawn . owner is a no show. have asked for seed/sod replacement fir over one month. no repairs at all! so incredibly rude and disrespectful!

One star is too many. Put simply, the work doesn't get done right, if at all. Requests for follow ups fall on deaf ears. You don't get what you're promised and for which you have paid.

I rarely set aside time to write reviews but in this case I feel it's necessary. We've used Sposato for about 1.5 years in our home in Rehoboth. I will say they do very good work. Exceptional, actually. Which is a shame as their business practices are so shady. We had frequently questioned the amount of hours associated with our bill almost every time. The last appointment we were vigilant about watching the crew, their arrival and departure time. After all that we still got a bill that had so many added hours to it and the excuse we got was laughable. Actually, it wasn't laughable, it just just a lie. If you do plan to use them you will get great work, but be careful about their billing practices.

This place is not run well. No show appointments, just not professional. They once tried to do my spring start up on July 27th. When I told them I crawled under the house myself and turned it ins couple months back they still charged me. Find someone else. Anyone else.

I entered Route 54 from a store parking lot and a blue truck quick came up behind me and tailgated me for about 1.5 miles even though I was going the speed limit. The truck was so close that all I could see is blue in the rearview mirror and if I slowed, I would probably be rear ended. I usually drive faster the the speed limit, but every time I wen faster, the truck would speed up and stay on my tail. We both turned right onto rte 113 and it was behind me until it entered the turning lane for a shopping center at which time he honked and flipped me off. I called the company and informed them and was interrogated. Did you get the License number? How many people in the truck? Exactly where di you enter the highway? What's the name of the store? etc. They never apologized and never called back as they said they would. If this is how they do business and treat customers and the public, I can only imagine their work quality and reliability. Not recommended! I would never use this company and recommend that you find a different company. I'm sure you can find better companies.

The entire Sposato team was always on time and respectful. The irrigation team spent a week at our home for installation and they were respectful of our property and our family. Incredible experience, would recommend to anyone.Services: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

Hands down the fastest response of all companies on the peninsula and consodering the fast and needed response there price actually beat competitors on an install by a 4 digit figure. Was fast with the work and just completely all around professional. Great experience. I woukd recomend this co.oany hands down to anyone. Im a General contractor serving the local area. They do alot for me and my clients. Never do they deliver anything but the best. Long tenured company in this area that never fails to deliver a 5 star quality service. Contracted with them to remove a tree. Over the 4 months between the time I signed the contract and when I finally cancelled I called or emailed them at least 20 times. They never reached out ONCE to give me a day or update regarding this project. I finally cancelled and got someone else for half the price. Avoid at all costs. Just terrible in every respect.

Saddle Ridge Dev:Sposato gets 5-stars for skirting responsibility to fix damage cased by their careless lawn and trim-cutters....aside from this, they are very much a 1-star, below adequate, lawn service. Their customer service sets this stage for them...liars and honestly, just crap-service!They will eventually get what they deserve as "crap service" eventually catches up with you!

Sposato Irrigation has failed our community, miserably. They failed to honor their contract and start up our community's irrigation in "early may". When they finally did come out, their technicians failed to identify several issues with our irrigation system - Like that one end cap is blown off, has created a 4 foot deep / wide crater of water at the end of our community - We reported observing these issues on the same day they started up our system and reported everything was working fine. It has been several weeks, more than 10 phone calls and emails since our first report to them and we have not received any acknowledgement of the issues reported and the issues have not been rectified. I thoroughly recommend literally any other irrigation company.Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

I had Sposato come out to present a proposal for irrigation . Not only did the sales rep rush thru the appt but he talked to me like I should've understood the lingo of the irrigation process. He was arrogant and borderline rude.I shared I would be getting 3 proposals and this company was the only company that said I needed another water source other than my well. What happened to Sposato? I've been using Sposato Irrigation ever since I moved to Delaware in 2006. They installed my irrigation system. I've used them every year since, both to turn on my irrigation and turn it off and an occasional repair. However, something happened to their customer service this year. I called this past spring to schedule to have my irrigation system turned on. They scheduled a date but never came out on that date. I called again and rescheduled. Never came out. Didn't call to cancel or change the date. I scheduled again and they finally came out to turn on my system. It wasn't turned on. I called and was told by the woman who answered the phone that it wouldn't turn on. I asked "Could you send someone out to find out why it wouldn't turn on?" She said she would send someone out. A service technician came out. Same thing, nothing. I called and was told "The system wouldn't turn on." I asked "Couldn't you find out WHY it won't turn on? You're the experts. That's why I'm calling you." Again, they send someone out and the SAME THING. I couldn't believe this level of service. I called again and explained that I would like to know WHY it won't turn on. Could she check with someone. She said she "I only answer the phone." I KNOW THAT. That's why I was asking her to ask someone else to check why my system wouldn't turn on. Finally after a month and a half of this incompetence and atrocious lack of customer service, I call the OTHER irrigation and lawn service company. Two service technicians came out THE SAME DAY I CALLED. They checked and told me the switch box was "blown", and the switch board had to be replaced. The owner also came out THE SAME DAY and checked. They replaced the switch box and now my irrigation system has been working. I called Sposato to cancel my contract with them. They didn't ask why this customer of fourteen years was cancelling their service. No followup phone call, nothing. What happened to Sposato? They used to be so dependable. I was reluctant to write this review but after seeing others who have had similar problems with the customer service of Sposato, I thought I should warn any future potential customers of Sposato. What a shame.

I am giving this company 2 stars because of Exceptional service delivered by two of their service techs that physically treated my front lawn. Otherwise a big zero. They are the WORSE for returning calls. Leave message after message- no response.I received a invoice for services rendered. I had questions about the invoice. Called and hit prompt for billing. left message. No response. I called again the next day and asked operator to direct me to someone who could help. Back to billing, left message but several hrs. later a man from billing called. He wanted to hear NOTHING, kept interrupting. He was actually bringing up stuff not even on my invoice. Back and forth we went and he said: " I will have someone call you. No one ever did. Called next day and again asked operator to direct me to someone who could help. Guess what? Same man again. When he found out it was me again his attitude was terrible and again he would not listen and kept interrupting. I said:" I just wont pay anything and then I am sure someone will call and discuss my issues. His response: "Go ahead and I will have you in collections" GREAT CUTOMER SERVICE!!!When I pay good hard earned money for a project and have questions I only expect to be treated decently and not talked down to. I said I want to cancel all further treatments with Spasato. He said: "you cant cancel until you send me a letter in writing stating that". I really don't remember signing any contract stating that clause.SO DISAPPOINTED!! I know I am "small potatoes" to this company but I still expect to be treated with respect.
