Great friendly staff. I picked a load up here. I showed up a couple hours early and they put me tight into the dock. If you pick up here for the first time you should walk down between the building to know where you are going. It is a little tight back there but nothing you shouldn’t be able to handle.

Armstrong relocation moved my stuff from Raleigh.NC to Jackson, MS. They did great job even though few items got damaged. They refund for those items damaged.

My boyfriend and I are moving across the country due to work relocation. I am a consultant so I travel weekly, and have a well-kept and tight schedule. Armstrong picked up our stuff Friday (2/21) in Allentown, PA, took about 6 hours and they packed everything up nicely. It is now Monday (3/2) and our stuff (one apartment worth) is still not here in Los Angeles, CA. We just got word that we now have to wait until Saturday (3/7) due to one more pick up and drop off. That is absolute insanity that it takes 15+ days for one truck to move across the country. Half a month they expect us to live out of a box without being mindful of the days taken off at work, the eating out and hotel expense due to no cookware or bed, and the constant impatience waiting by the phone for them to give us an (unrealistic) update. They are not mindful of anyone else, their lives, or their belongings. I agree that we could have been prepared and packed beforehand, however we had them pick our stuff up in advance, being mindful that we wanted it there by the time (or close) to when we had arrived. Now to our knowledge all of our belongings were immobile and were kept in a storage unit the whole week post-pick up, without any update until this morning. Truly disappointed that they have such a lack of care for our stuff and daily lives. I do not recommend this service whatsoever.

The packing and move from FL to CO went well. We did experience breakage on a few items which we will be making a claim on shortly. Overall the move and storage service were good.

We moved from Washington, DC area to Upstate NY in mid 2018. Our move was completely smooth thanks to United Van lines. They were on time, professional and efficient. No broken/missing furniture. Highly recommend them.

Absolute best moving experience we have had. Christine Brinkley, moving coordinator, handled the whole move from start to finish like a pro. I would highly recommend this company and if you are fortunate to have Marcus Russell and Reggie Andrade as your on site moving professionals, you will be amazed at the ease of a long distance move. Would love to give 10 stars.

Just posted on Yelp: "We hired Armstrong to move our family from the Philadelphia area to NC. Everything went fine on the Philadelphia end, quick pack-up with lots of movers and they seemed to do a good job. When it came time to meet the crew delivering our stuff to NC, only two guys showed up to move an entire 4-bedroom household's worth of stuff. So of course it took all day and into the night, which would have been bad enough if the foreman hadn't been whining about it ope

We hired Armstrong to move our family from the Philadelphia area to NC. Everything went fine on the Philadelphia end, quick pack-up with lots of movers and they seemed to do a good job. When it came time to meet the crew delivering our stuff to NC, only two guys showed up to move an entire 4-bedroom household's worth of stuff. So of course it took all day and into the night, which would have been bad enough if the foreman hadn't been whining about it openly all day. This is when we also discovered how carelessly our things had been packed, with fragile items stacked precariously on top of other things, and a bed that did not belong to us but that the movers tried to insist on leaving with us because it had somehow been labeled as ours (in the end, parts of it still remained with our stuff--I feel bad for whoever it belonged to). A wooden chest that my father-in-law made for his grandchildren was dropped right in front of me, having been placed atop of stack of boxes, and cracked in the back. The mover apologized and said he would note in the paperwork that it had happened on moving day. I also have photos of the crack from the day of. However, because we have moved it into our house from our storage unit, Armstrong now holds us responsible. What was the point of noting the broken items in paperwork on our moving day, and having the foreman and me both sign it, if Armstrong was going to deny what's in there? And that's just a fraction of what we have discovered since to be broken. Find someone else.

Excellent service from office coordinators, to the packers, to the movers, to the debris pick up personnel. All very careful, respectful and just really nice people. Strongly recommend and would use again.

They did an excellent job. The movers worked very very hard, Helen did a great estimate, Dana coordinated the job well. The packers were great. There were a few hiccups with the movers but noting major.

What a great experience! Having a move coordinator (Dana) who was terrific to having the best driver and organizer (Ziggy). Thanks, Armstrong!
