The Auto Vision team did a great job. I was devastated by the damage, but after this team went to work it’s like it never happened. I checked out a lot of bodyshops and most provided outrageous quotes. Auto Vision was priced right and did the job right in less than a week! I’m so glad I got the recommendation to bring my truck here!

I still think they did a great job, but the paint has since settled and I can see a very clear difference in the color where the work was done (the color does not match). I would still recommend and take my car for repair here, but I would (and recommend) you verify (with your eyes) that they are using the correct paint that will match the vehicle.

One of the mechanics had been driving my car around as his personal vehicle while they had it.The car wasn’t on the lot when I showed up to pick it up, I checked the air tag and it was all the way in jersey. I had to wait over 2 hours for the guy to get back with my car.The car looked great when I got it back but definitely would not use them again.

I was a walk-in because of a damaged bumper from a tire blowing out (plastic bumper hanging off the side) they able to do some minor repairs on the spot that permanently held the bumper secured to the car.They truly saved the day saved me time and money!!!Service: Auto body & trim repair

My car was taken to this shop from March of 2021 and fully paid for to get fixed. The communication was so poor and my car was not fixed properly. Took it back and didn’t hear anything about it being fixed until February 2022 when I took this shop to court that’s when all of a sudden my car was magically fixed according to the mechanic. The communication was sooooo poor and this shop had excuses after excuses after I paid them $4,221. The management is extremely poor because after I reached out to management it was nothing done about the issue just pushed under the rug. I’m disgusted that any shop will be run like this. Why should I be running after you for something I paid for??? Why should I be inconvenienced for nearly a year with no transportation? DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE IT ELSEWHERE! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!!!!Services: Transmission repair

Polite front staff and courteous working staff. The owner is unpredictable and very busy so prices do fluctuate at times. The working staff seems to be currently stable versus the times I had "not so pleasant" experiences at that location.

If you are looking for good prices and even better work, Autovision is the place to go!
Autovision has done right by me by fixing three of my vehicles. All three of them needed body work and two of them also got full paint jobs, I couldn’t be more pleased!

Some of these bad reviews are old and need to be removed I got my car fix at this place just two weeks ago and the service was great I have a 2018 honda accord repair there and u would never kn that it was in a Accident after the job was completed thanks auto vision group the best in Delaware ...

I had been there about two weeks ago to put in my passenger side axle. 110$ when I brought the axle. No big deal, well when I asked the mechanic about my car making sure everything was still good to drive he informed me that nothing was wrong. Immediately I notice a tweeting bird like noise. I took it to another mechanic and was informed that someone (them) stripped the bolt on the tie rod and never put the bolt on and it was only holding on by THE PIN. Never coming here again.
