I have rented cars from Avis. Rent a car in Newcastle at the Wilmington airport for well over 10 years Casey. & her husband are the best of the best. I don't know what I would do without them. Wonderful people, best service. You can't ask for finer individuals or a rental car facility.I will not go any place else.They exemplary and stellar individuals. Dee Henderson

Always playing games, multiple times we have come to get a rental that was already paid for and they tell us the reservation was switched to Newark, effectively messing up our entire schedule as well as the work schedule of the person dropping us off. And if we want a car from this location we have to pay more, thats definitely a scam. Never again

The staff was friendly, accommodating and was able to assist with reserving a vehicle while my car is in the shop. The process was smooth and quick. I will definitely use this service again.

I had a terrible experience at Avis last week, the employee was not even ready to listen our concerns and he was absolutely rude and disrespectful. I felt like a victim of racism because of his disgraceful actions.

The employee at Avis demonstrated discriminatory behavior by being rude to us while exhibiting favoritism towards American customers. This unequal treatment tarnished our experience and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to providing fair and respectful service to all patrons. Additionally, he showed a lack of attentiveness by not listening to our concerns. Such disregard for customer needs is unacceptable.
