Over the past week 2 phone calls with with voicemails left and 1 email sent and no response from this company. Makes no sense as they came highly recommended but after reading other reviews my experience seems to be similar to others.

was in there a few times and kept giving them another shot. Slow service. it felt like i was bothering them. never has everything needed and board posts are cut 4x4s low quality.

The gentlemen at BG Halko and Sons are some stand up guys!!! They know how to treat people right and take care of them the right way!! I am an Army veteran and they squared me away with the fencing material I needed and gave me an awesome price!! Thanks for supporting your troops and me.

These guys have the best supplies and a wide variety of fence parts. Whether you are looking for wood post and rail, or metal chain link fencing, they have it. The staff is always helpful and polite. Prices aren't bad at all, a little more than Lowe's but they aren't selling Lowe's junk either. I always return here for all of our fencing needs.

Terrible communication, the customer service or front desk people they don't know what they doing in there.I had to call several times to find out what was going on with my order, which was two weeks delayed, also they cut off the conversation.I will never recommend it to anyone.

This is by far one of the BEST local fence supplies I’ve ever had the pleasure using. They had everything I needed for my project and has excellent prices. The team their was friendly, knowledgeable and has perfect customer service. I wish they had a location near everyone of my project. They saved me so much time and money not having to order supplies that I needed immediately. Thank you guys for being GREAT!

The customer service there is terrible. The employess who answer the phone are rude and need training on customer service skills. Especially the girl who was answering the phone today. As a matter of fact we canceled our order because of her and will be purchasing the fence elsewhere.

Both individuals I spoke with acted as though they just put their dogs down moments before I called.I own a home in historic new castle and was referred by my neighbor with whom has been friends with the owner for 50 years... guess I should of had him call.
