Poor sales practices . I looked at a truck 2 weeks ago with Matt . He followed up this week . Told him i wanted the truck and would give a deposit to hold it .Matt told me via text that there was no need for a deposit .Needed a week or so to free up the money from my investment accounts . Told him i would be in next week with a check . Texted me two days later telling me the truck was sold .wow . Matt offered to order me a truck . lol . I know from my past experience with ford it will take well over a year . Maybe chevy or dodge would appreciate my 90k check

I just purchased my box truck from Justin and let me tell you, I loved every minute of this very professional and curious young man. He really went above and beyond to satisfy me, showed me how to operate certain things in the truck that I was not quite familiar with and all. I told his colleague that he deserves a raise, great job Justin and I will most definitely be purchasing my fleet from you when that time comes.??????

Bayshore Sold a truck to my company that has been breaking down since the first week it was purchased. I explained to the sales manager before their 5000 mike warranty was expired , that I requested to give the truck back , but the sales persons ran into action to fix any issues .. each time thereafter, the check engine lights come on and truck is malfunctioning, so after their “factory “ warranty expired they blew me off every time there was any issue with this truck . Lastly I took it to service in March and they gave me a $2500 bill for a job that wasn’t actually done, I let it sit there for a month , came to pick it up and guess what ?! Check engine lights were on , but the job was supposed to be done already , I spoke with the service director “John Colagiovanni” with a sickening attitude he says “it shouldn’t of been sitting here for a month , that’s why the lights came on (smh )with a loud tone also stating that to “leave and don’t come back “! All because I confronted them about the work actually being done . So the kicker is the fraudulent practices that was done in my face, they let me walk through the service area to get the truck , then they said I couldn’t walk through the service areas because of a insurance issue . “I’ve been told I could walk through there ever time I pick up the truck . “ so final situation with the mechanic, the director sends a mechanic with a handheld device to erase the codes that were showing up to get the check engine lights to go off , bringing me to the conclusion that , the initial work that was claimed to be done was never actually done because a check engine light doesn’t just come on because a truck is sitting ,I explained to the service director, and he gets irate and angry and threaten to call police because I was not satisfied with my service and held the truck until police got there .Moral of the story is if you have a check engine light , they will charge you as if the work was done but the codes will just be erased

The shop manager did his best to keep me informed but the communication was sporadic at best. They had my vehicle for damn near 2 months and have not resolved the issue, but still charged me $1700.After having a good conversation with Bill the shop manager, we were able to iron out some miscommunication issues on my behalf. They did make me whole and my 2004 F150 passed Delaware State Inspection...thanks Bayshore team.

I had to ask about my car overall health and my tires remaining tread. The Works was performed but l did not care for the staff at this Quick Lane. They were very removed emotionally. I was heading out of Delaware and driving to North Carolina that day and informed them of that. When my car was finished there was no assuring me everything was good for my trip. I had to ask. Overall, they did the work but did not volunteer any information on my concerns. I had to ask again.
