I really appreciated the no pressure sales approach at Carman. I test drove a 2024 Nautilus in May but wasn't quite ready to commit. My salesman completely understood and, when I contacted him in July to say I was ready, he quickly found me the perfect car and helped me close the deal that same day! The finance manager made the paperwork smooth and easy and working with the service team to wrap up a couple of loose ends was a pleasure.

Windshield trim became loose and had to be replaced. Carman body shop dept. ordered the part and replaced it while I waited. Job well done and away I drove! Thanks to Jake and associates for the great service. Plus while I was there for this part, Joey in service was kind enough to pull the car in and check the condition of my brakes. Thanks Joey! Always a pleasure to deal with Carman Lincoln!! Trust me, you'll be glad you did.
