Just bought an upright freezer from CB Joe. Price was competitive with the big box stores and they delivered within 2 days of purchase. Purchase, Delivery, installation all done professionally, courteously and correctly. Well done!

I really wanted to like this store to give them my repeat business, but after how I was treated, I will not ever buy from them again. Beware and carefully look over your appliance before it is installed. Their installer installed a dented appliance. When I noticed it, I brought it to the installer’s attention before he left and he got annoyed. I guess because it was already installed he then put it off to the manufacturer to fix. I don’t know if it got dented during delivery on their truck or if the installer dented it, or maybe it came from the manufacturer that way. No matter how it happened, CB Joe had no desire to resolve it. When I called my sales person, who was all to pleasant when selling it, suddenly changed to abrupt, defensive and rude. I was never rude or offensive to them, never raised my voice, but was professional and calm. I called with the mindset that mistakes happen, let’s fix it, but I was met with an abrupt angry attitude, as if it was completely unreasonable to ask for this to be fixed, and all I did was buy an appliance from them. I don’t think it unreasonable when you spend $1000 on a new appliance to have it free of dents. But CB Joe apparently finds that unreasonable. Because of the way I was treated, I won’t be a repeat customer. The dent has not been fixed.

I have been using CB Joe's for years. The first dealings I had with them I was a working, struggling single mom. The owner fixed me up with a strach and dent rather than trying to sell me a higher priced washer. That sealed the deal for me and I have been using him ever since. Nowadays, with the big box stores selling appliances, I'd rather go with a small local business! ??. Customer service can't be beat, and the delivery team of Tom and Marcus are professional, on time and extremely polite. I recommend this company ?%

Check your product before installed. I bought an appliance from CB Joe that the installer installed with a dent. When I brought it to the installers attention before he left he pretty much washed his hands of it and said it was now up to me dealing with the manufacturer. So I now have a defective product from day one. The store salesman (who was very pleasant when selling the product) suddenly became rude and defensive, almost angry, when I called to report it. i was made to feel that this was my fault when all I did was buy an appliance from them. I was stunned at the immediate defensive response. I was not rude or angry when I called so the reaction I got was unwarranted. I approached them with the professional attitude, ok mistakes happen, so let's just fix it. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect to receive a flawless appliance when buying a brand new product, nor to have it fixed and be treated in a respectful manner in the process. But apparently to CB Joe this is unreasonable. So for the poor attitude and unprofessionalism, I won't be a repeat customer.

They charged me 160.00 down payment for 2 TVs... they said the amount will go towards the repairs .. they called me 3 weeks later and said they can't fix one of the TV and the other will be 170.00. Now the 170.00 was plus 80.00 costing me 250.00 for 1 TV and they couldn't give my 80.00 for the TV they couldn't fix . The attendant why if if 80.00 was to go towards repair cost.. and they couldn't repair.. why I couldn't get some or all my 80.00 back. ... he was rude and unprofessional

Purchase a washer and dryer from another establishment and experience problems with the washer.Contacted where I purchased the washer and the owner was no help at all. In fact he would not even listen to me.Contacted C B Joes and spoke with Jim and he helped me fix the problem.From now on, I will be purchasing my appliances and TVs from CB Joes.

Buying a refrigerator in pandemic times is something special, to say the least. When my repair guy pronounced the LG refrigerator that came with the house as too expensive a repair to be worth it, he recommended one of the local appliance stores and a few specific ideas on refrigerators. With my list handy, I called CB Joe's as well as two others. CB Joe's had a model close to what I was looking for in stock (a rare find these days). They could also deliver before Thanksgiving (one of a kind). The gentleman on the phone was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and he didn't try to up-sell me. The price was good, and the service was great. The delivery team encountered some issues (truck got stuck and had to be towed), but they stayed in touch updating us throughout the day. They were fast (once they got here), friendly, and got the job done. If I need another appliance, I'm going to CB Joe's (or calling them , if we're still in a pandemic ;) ).

Had great past experiences in the past with in store purchases but recently their customer service phone skills are very poor. To bad they don’t get the bigger picture. Be careful, you’ll be on your on to solve your question or issue.
