Thats a value you don't often find in this day and age. They are very knowledgeable and assure you that they are there only if and when you need them. No pressure. Stay away from this place! I purchased a curio cabinet and was told it had to be ordered and would take 2-3 weeks. I was fine with that. At 4 weeks I called, item not there. Advised that they would check and call back. Never received a call back. I called three times and was then told the item was discontinued and not available. Customer Service sucks. Went to the store and demanded a full refund.

We ordered a bedroom set and a furniture set along with a fireplace . They tell us it takes the maximum it would take is 2 weeks we waiting almost 4 weeks to get our items delivered after constantly calling . They then tell us that our delivery time would be between 8am -1pm . They leave a message 24 hours before the delivery saying our new time is 1-4pm with no notice at all . They day of delivery they don’t get to our apartment until 5:30 . Then to make things better we didn’t even receive our fireplace because IT WAS BROKEN . this is very unprofessional. We call the store and no one knows when the manager will be in. GREAT!!!! we want to cancel the fireplace now and we have no clue if the store even does refunds even though they were the ones who tried to deliver it broken!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THSI STORE .. i see why no one ever goes in that store .

I would give zero Stars if that was an option . I doubt with a Latino salesman who in the beginning was great at being just that a Salesman . But like those sketchy car dealers that talk a big game to get you into a car and halfway home the engine blows up this was the same kind of salesman . First after telling me my furniture would be delivered soon it took forever I had to keep calling to check up on it. After getting my bedroom set I noticed one of the dressers was scratched really bad and one of the drawers sat totally lopsided and for the price I was paying that wasn't acceptable. When I went back to speak with the salesman about fixing the problem he got a really poor attitude sticking his nose up at me like he was better than me or something . He referred me to the manager who referred me back to the salesman and after they kept me going around in circles a bunch of times I got fed up with it and stopped trying . But if you want to spend your money on quality stuff that would be the place to go if they had better workers than that guy . Do better

I wish I can give them 0 start. I would start with stating that this is one of the worst place I have ever made a purchase with. They delivered me a defective furnitures and even after several month they kept false promising me to get it fixed which they never did till date. Their customer service it 0. Their manager Wasim is most non responsive person as he never replied my email. In short they don't care about customers and only care about money. If you really want save your time and money then stay away from this place otherwise you will regret forever.

First and foremost, go see Greg! He was the best. He worked with me and went above and beyond to make sure I not only received a fair price, but that the furniture would fit correctly in the space.Unfortunately, my space ended up changing and the sectional I previously ordered would no longer fit.Wasim (the general manager) was extremely gracious and understanding of my situation and helped me out! I went from full on panicking, to be completely assured that things would work out.If you're in the need for new furniture for any space in your home, go to Cohen's!
