Bad customer service but I won't hold the whole place accountable just the one who hung up on me after I called about my lashes coming off the very next day, because she used hair glue instead of lash glue, which should have been disclosed to me prior. They have lash glue that kind of has the texture of hair glue by Envy , she could have even used that...I figured $30 these should last a good two weeks in good care. Nope .the lashes were nice just not worth the price. The lady who did my pedicure and the guy who did my manicure were nice.
