Reached out to the General Manager for an issue and she got back to me in reasonable time and tried to resolve the issue best to her ability. The district manager Leah never responded to my call after being out of office last week and my situation was not an emergency for her to reach out

No one ever in the office, need a 8 digit code every time you make a trip to the car, and need it 3 times to access the building, carts always locked in the office and bag everything before you store it because it’s roach infested, no rest room access and god forbid you don’t memorize the code because the door shut on a trip to the car and phone and keys inside… stuck outside for over a hour cause nobody responds to the call button on key pads had to hope someone else came to enter the building..

Do not recommend. Way better storage companies exist. This office is never opened during business hours, the staff is extremely rude, never any carts available. They do not make you feel valued as a customer. They need new staff and management. & don’t you dare voice a complaint to them because they will hang up on you. Will never return. I rather give everything away than to go back.

Not open 24 hours a day, which makes it hard for us night owls who have busy day schedules.

The place is closed it should be open till 6pm it was 3:45and it was closed this is not the first time this happens the staff is ill informed made me walk the length of the facilty to my unit because the side doors were closed and it was only 2pm will never use cube smart again

The internet and phone was down when I arrived to check in; but was able to sign the rental agreement on line with my phone.
I saw a mice run across the floor as I entered my unit; now I’m reading the reviews that I should have read prior to reservation. Hope this won’t be a problem.
I’m going to put mouse traps down inside my unit and go from there.

Place is infested with mice. Mice dropping were everywhere, will be moving my things to another storage facility. No staff is ever on site.

Brand new place. Still building units. Very clean. Customer service representative very patient with me. I made a huge mistake, but she was very understanding about my mistake. She was very helpful. I would recommend this storage for your needs. These units are climate controlled.

Looking for a new place to store my items. Been here for a year and they raised my rate 3 times are already. Dom the manager is the worst because of her attitude and is extremely unprofessional. I'm surprise she is still employed there. I filed a compliant after speaking with her yesterday to headquarters because of her attitude once again since this isn't the first time she has been disrespectful. I was told I would hear from Tony the District Manager within 24hrs but still haven't heard anything from Tony. No one is ever in the office and they lock up the carts which is a BIG inconvenient when you're trying to moving things in and out of your unit. Also I was told that I cant downsize but when I spoke to customer service they said it wouldn't be an issue. DONT RENT FROM HERE!!!!
