Overall it was a smooth experience. Unit was clean and ready. Staff was helpful. Only thing was hearing the only had one cart. Was not prepared for that. But things worked out.

Very nice young man and knows the business name Dre and also y’all need to have dollys available for people like me who is disabled and can’t carry or lift heavy items or boxes to my storage unit. There are non available at your business so why not get more and have customers leave their keys and sign for one and they would have to return it to get their keys and id back when they return it to the front desk. You can also put locks on the wheels like grocery stores do to keep them from being removed off your property not to have one is gonna really keep people from renting thanks for listening..

We already had a CubeSmart unit and found we needed a larger unit. Making the transition couldn't have been easier. Stephanie at the New Castle location is fantastic. Customer service shine at this location.

This is second poor review, whatever you do, do not get a storage unit from this place. The moment I was late, the broke into my storage unit and stole my stuff. I had two bikes and some other things that I noticed was stolen. This place is the worst, the never even helped me with my last problem. This right here takes the cake. I paid them all this money just for their staff to steal my things. I will be reporting them to the BBB and will be following up with my lawyer! They are charging me $267/month for a 10 x 10 unit but when I first purchased it, it was only $140/month and their website says for 10x10 unit it’s only$140/month with 40% off this month which brings it down to $86/month. Sounds like a good deal right, until after a few months they raise the price damn near double. These people are crooks
So I reached out to this store about a month ago because I have a balance and I wanted to pay in full however I asked the woman who answered if there was anything they could do like waive the penalty fee because I'm a governement employee who was part of the shut down. The woman said she didnt think so, but she would find out and call me back. I never got a called back of course. So I have been calling the office for weeks to get this settled because I am unable to go in the office because I have been sick for weeks with Pneumonia. I can never get an answer, it seems there is never anyone there. I just tried calling today and again, no one answered. This is so frustrating, but I bet you if I said I was a new customer and needed a storage unit, they would answer immediately to get my money....SMDH! This place sucks, cant wait to take my stuff out of there.

It's okay. The price jumps up from what's quoted in a few months. Too many fees added on if you're late. Especially to be having mice and stuff in unit. No credits or money off just offered to move unit. I packed my stuff up and left.

I am a new customer with cube smart and my experience so far has been very pleasant. The representative was very helpful, friendly and pleasant to work with but beware of the price they tell you. I was told I would be paying one price but was charged double when my bill came and was told that it was an error and was probably a promotion price (lies, lies,lies) NO that’s the price of the unit according to their system and even the representative that sold me the unit said it and tried to help me with an adjustment but instead they added a late fee. I will not be using them again they hardly answer the phone or return calls and poor customer service when it comes to issues.

We had a fantastic experience at Cubesmart on Friday. The manager was helpful and thoughtful and got us what we needed quickly. And she stopped what she was doing to inspect and sweep our unit before we moved in. Highly recommend them.
