We have lived at Deemers Landing and The Helm at Deemers Landing for over 10 years; If maintenance is required it is at our convenience and within a day it is fixed. Customer service is exceptional polite and mannerly.

Moved in a month ago, everything is a 10, from the location to the apartment, we love everything. The apartments are beautiful. Maintenance is on top of things. It’s pretty quiet and everyone stays to themselves!
