The New Castle branch gave someone else my mother router number for her checking account. $13,000 later as my mother was dying and couldn't understand or speak about it, I brought this fact to the tellers. The bank wouldn't give me any information about this problem. The Georgetown and Dover banks were warned about my possible questioning and knew of the situation, one teller even stating so. Two people suspiciously left this branch a little later. Everyone is obviously covering for these people, and this is despicable. My parents have been with the DSPFCU since it's opening and blindly trusted them always. Upon dying from cancer and dad's CTE dementia, they still were trustful of people they thought of as friends.
