I've been living across the street from the dollar general for the last two years today, I decided to go in there and purchase some items just to be racially profiled by one of the white women in there, stating that I threw candy at her a week before. This is the problem try to differentiate African Americans from one another. I got petty, I went to walgreens, brought me, a bored and wrote races manager, instead, in front of dollar general for a good hour and a half.

This store is ALWAYS closed. Most recently, it was closed so they could stock, and wasn't going to be open for a couple days. How this store is staying in business is beyond me. I had to go to Walgreens, instead and pay more money. They need to get rid of management there and bring on some more, because clearly they can't handle it.

My last trip to this location, i bought 2 items from behind the counter, PAID and due to the lack of bags, i put them in my purse directly in front of the very same cashier..only to have two individuals, standing guard at the door, need me to empty my purse just to prove that i had not stolen anything. I did NOT need to empty my purse and i obviously had nothing to hide. This most recent visit, i asked the employee if she wanted a few items that i purchased-in the holiday spirit.. only to go back and realize the manager put it right back on the shelf. Disgusting. If employees are not allowed, then simply say no. Just another reason DG is an awful place to work let alone shop. I've been to a few others recently, as their deals are incentive to shop there, and i ended up having to call 911 and be a witness to a SHOOTOUT.

Don’t even bother going here. Despite the hours being posted on the door, you never know if they will be closed or not when you show up. Store is also dirty and cluttered. 2 stars because the employees are actually very friendly.

Trying to keep up with the store hours is a nightmare. I have personally told staff members at this and at least 2 other locations, that they really need to update the store hours listed on their website. They all list closing hours of 10 PM and could close anywhere from 5 to 8 PM, if they're open at all. After continuosly supporting these places over the years, the least I expect to see are current and correct hours of business. I've made yet another wasted trip, especially after making unanswered calls to inquire, in case of the unlikely chance any change was made to consider and minimally accommodate customers who help keep them afloat. Anyone such as myself who works on a later schedule is basically shopping on the roll of a dice, with snake eyes (better known as 'CRAPS') appearing way too many times. Even before Covid-19, the chain has been a big letdown in more ways than one. Truly disappointed...

Corporate can't pay, can't hire more than two people, and can't seem bothered to make sure the stores are even kept clean enough to feel safe purchasing food items. It's not just this DG, but this is the one nearest me. This whole company is one giant extortion racket with the employees facing the brunt of corporate theft.

Literally the worst Dollar General I've ever been too. Hand written sign on the door says " what the hours are ", but literally every single time I try to go there, they're closed. Idk if it's the workers, the management or the company overall, but it's just horrible.
