Currently have been in drive through for 16 minutes and do not have what I need yet. Just making a cash withdraw and a deposit.Oh, best part, there are exactly zero vehicle in the drive theough, but me.Ridiculous. HORRIBLE service.

I walked in and casually asked for a signature loan. Theresa said I'll check. A week later she said sign in this little magic box and I walked out with a cashier check. WOW.?

I find it ridiculous that I drive to my bank branch in Newcastle DE to take care of something urgent , only for the doors to be locked n a notice on the door that says by appointment only. Dawg? The customer service line is horrible n now this??? I've been managing with this bank forever but I think it's about time I make a switch. Suffer me for my own money! Nonsense

This is the worst bank i have ever dealt with!!!! If there was an option for zero stars I would definitely give that. One star is too good! It took several weeks to open a business account between the rep not getting back and their 'standard wait periods. Then it took anther couple weeks to see the account online also due to their procedures. Rarely used the account for over a year and then when I decide to utilize for direct deposits, they hold a cashiers check for ten days!!!! And don't inform me that that is the case and ALL my checks bounce for which they charge for each and every one of them!!! And then I try to speak with a manager, Tiffany Fleur, and am told she will call back. She calls back 30 hours later. I return her call 5X for the next two days. She never calls back. This is how they treat their customers!!! The hold is still in place for another two days!!!! This bank is trifling!!!!

Went to this branch to apply for a loan to once again give their service a shot under new leadership after having issues in the past, and the one thing that is consistent is their employee's lack of care and their delivery of information. Stephanie who helped me here seemed like she was in another place the entire process of taking my application, over promised and under delivered on the timeline. 2 days after she said I would have an answer - and after 2 calls into the customer service center where instead of answering me she passed a message through to the rep - finally to tell me they couldn't tell me why my application was denied and that the canned response of you will receive a letter in 7-10 business days and hung up the phone. These people lack any type of personality, none of them seem like they want to be there or be bothered when you are dealing with them, they are very robotic and you could just tell in her mannerism and delivery that she didn't want to be bothered, and also makes me wonder what influence she has in the application process. This was my last attempt to deal with this institution, I will be moving everything back to Del-One. They are all very complacent and feel safe in their roles which means the lack of oomph and roboticness is the organization culture, this attitude is very consistent in all their branches and they need a good shaking up.

Absolutely terrible experience. My auto loan is through this bank. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone from this bank for 2 months to get assistance with the online banking. Bc they don’t have my primary email account in their system, it won’t let me sign up. No one answers the phone. By far the worse experience I’ve ever had with any bank ever. They are not there for you at all. They added an extra $160 onto my minimum payment. I cant get anyone to pick up a phone to help me with this either. Don’t ever use this bank for anything.

There was a very kind staff member but everyone else didn’t want to do there jobs or had attitudes…they gave me an iPad to try to set up an account finally after I sat and waited for an hour…the system said it needed additional information from me for approval. They made it seem as if I was going to meet with someone to set up and account. They gave me an iPad and I applied alone. So why did I wait an hour. Also the teller said there was 2 people opening accounts today but I only saw one person with the same couple since I arrived. Awful service and customer service. They aren’t concerned with new members they only care about their current customers. Such an awful experience besides the nicce staff member. When a customer walked in they helped them and had them right out. I sat for an hour waiting for someone to acknowledge me…if I don’t get approved I have no problem taking my business and money else where..just an awful experience.

They are currently falsely advertising on their website that they have safety deposit boxes available for use. Otherwise, they are a fairly normal credit union.

Do not believe what they said about initial approval. I applied for a credit card with them and was initially approved. However, after I submitted the requested documents, they took two months to review them and then rejected my application. I am very disappointed with the way this process was handled.Dover Federal Credit Union did not handle my application in a fair or transparent manner. I was initially approved, only to have my application rejected after I submitted the requested documents. This is very frustrating and has left me with a negative impression of Dover Federal Credit Union.I am also disappointed that Dover Federal Credit Union requested so many different documents after they had already approved my application. I submitted my driver's license, proof of income, and proof of address, but they still requested additional documents. This was a very time-consuming and frustrating process.

Customer service is horrendous. The customer service rep and manager at this branch is extremely condescending, and it’s a hassle to get reimbursed when they make mistakes (they charged the wrong account repeatedly and owed me over $120 in overdraft fees).They had an attitude about their error, refunded me, but didn’t even apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience they caused. In another incident, my account was hacked, and the customer service rep incorrectly filled out my dispute paperwork. I had to go through a phone rep to redo the app, to get my $600 reimbursed. It took over 3 and a half months to get my money back. Horrible experience

Do not trust their pre-approval letters. 40 days in escrow and then they let all parties involved know that the buyer was never qualified from the get-go! Complete waste of everyone's time and money!

I placed $95.00 on a new account here, back in 10/2021. I was going to use this account to deposit here very once in a while. But never did until this month. I noticed that 39.96 was missing. They charged me a $10.00 a month for a over a year inactivity fee. But i was given a 0.01 dividend. I called to get reimbursed for this, and was denied. How do you have a savings account to you leave the money in get robbed for saving and not using your own money. Isn't the purpose of using a bank saving account it to leave the money sit? And for the bank to use your money deposited in it to lend out generate revenue before itself.
