If I could give this business a rating lower than zero, I would. After reading other reviews about the owner's rudeness, I’m inclined to take legal action rather than just leave a review. I went to pick up my clothes today only to be told they were given to another customer. This is completely unacceptable, and the staff said there was nothing they could do. I needed these clothes for an event today, which I now have to miss. The employees seemed indifferent, treating it as a simple mistake, but it was far from that for me. To make matters worse, the female manager had the nerve to suggest that if I didn’t like their service, I could just go elsewhere. I won't be returning, and Mr. Murray can expect to hear from my attorney soon due to your staff's incompetence and your poor reputation for customer service.
Update: My response to the owner’s comments.: Update: I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent issue. The problem remains unresolved, causing me to miss my event. As a result, I expect compensation. While I was understandably upset, I did not use inappropriate language. I was asked to leave because your incompetent staff failed to manage the situation properly. What I experienced was gross negligence. If you were a decent businessman, you would have reached out to me personally to rectify the situation. Your response to my review only confirms the negative feedback from other customers. You should be ashamed. You just don’t get it! SMH

Dryclean Central is the best cleaner in Delaware! Nate and his team do an amazing job with my suits, sweaters and shirts. They always come back fresh, amazingly clean, and perfectly pressed. They even hit all the spots and spills I always manage to pick up. They are always polite, friendly, and ready on time. Best of all, their prices are really great, so they save me a ton of money over other cleaners in the area. I cannot recommend them enough. Do yourself a favor and just go to Dryclean Central.

The owner Nate, is extremely rude and some of the members of staff are also rude.. I expressed to him my recent concerns of them losing things on my clothes and buttons missing when I come to pick it up during the last 3 visits and instead of him apologizing and showing some concerns, he says find another cleaners and that im giving problems.. The audacity of you as a business owner not caring about your customers.. Every dollar adds to your bottom line but clearly your arrogance makes you think that you can be disrespectful to paying customers.

The tailor doesn't like to work with minorities. I spend a lot of money getting my clothes dry cleaned. The tailor messed up my suits and jeans during alterations and refused to fix my clothing. $200 plus dollars down the drain. Never use her

The alterations woman is horrible !!! She is rude and take customers money without completing the work! She is also racist and confrontational . Please do not give this place your money! As a business person that travels this place was absolutely terrible when I needed a simple service and where in the world do charge people before services are rendered?!??! I got charged and she didn’t even alter my clothes and then proceeded to get loud and disrespectful when I tried speaking to her!! Again …… please don’t give this business your money!!

I had four pair of dress slacks altered. The alterations were to have them let out quarter inch on each side. Paid $70 in advance. Pick them up 5 days later and one pair were let out and fit just fine. She said that one other pair were altered. She pointed out that the other pair were altered but when I tried them on they did not fit. They were too tight. The other two pair she said they were not done in her shop. I took all four pair of pairs back. One pair I was wearing which fit perfect. The alterations were done but the other three they were just like they were when I took them there too tight. And then she said I would be charged to have them done again. Then she refused to talk. She made a scene in front of other customers. Treated me less than a customer period She refused to hear me. Told me that was it. She was done and refused to talk to me. I wasn't loud. She made a scene on me in front of the customers that were there picking up their clothes. Unfortunately you had to pay up front before these services are rendered. What happened to the customers always right? I was treated so bad on a scale of 1 to 10. It was a 15. I will never do business with them ever. I am a business owner in downtown Wilmington. I own a medical a practice. I wear dress slacks everyday. I would have no reason to tell them a lie about services that were supposed to be rendered not being rendered. Watch that lady over there that does alterations. Not a good person.
