Really not worth it. Had the unlimited program for a bit. The touchless system rarely has all the nozzles working, the blower time is a joke, looking at the equipment you can tell they don’t take care of it or even know what maintenance is. I’ve gotten stuck in the regular tunnel when it has shut down twice. They 100% do not do maintenance on the brushes. Do not recommend the $50 a month.

I should have listened to the other reviews, do NOT go into the automatic wash tunnel. They do not sweep it and I have a nail in my tire now like many others have reported. The self wash bays are fine but I was in a rush and of course they deny anything

Need to take accountability for nails and screws when a friend of mine has had his tires punctured three times here and when he complains or says something he is blocked. Never coming here

My friend took their car here and ended up with nails on their tires. Instead of taking accountability and offering compensation, they were blocked from leaving a review. Not even an acknowledgement. I will never come here

Friend of mine had multiple tire punctures here. Instead of accountability, they were blocked from being able to post. Why not take responsibility for your business instead of ignoring any issue?

If there was a possibility of leaving a negative star review here, I would give express jet car wash the maximum negative review.
I have been a customer of express jet car wash since buying my Shelby 4 years ago, and paid $49 dollars a month to have access whenever I needed it. One would say that paying that much money every month would ensure a certain level of cleanliness and functionality of the equipment there.
I can understand the occasional malfunction of the car wash, because they are machines, and are subject to continuous use, but what is not acceptable is the puncture of very expensive tires from nails and screws left on the ground, not just once, but three times on one vehicle, and one on another.
On August 22 2024 I went to get my Shelby washed here, and after going through the no touch wash, as I was drying off my car, I noticed a nail sticking out of the sidewall of my right rear tire.
This would normally be attributed to plain bad luck, however, this is the third time I received damage to one of my tires on this car, damage that is not repairable.
I immediately drove my car home, hoping the nail hadn't caused damage to the tire, as I parked my car in the garage.
The next day first thing in the morning I checked on the tire, and it was completely flat, so you could imagine how this made me feel.
I get in my truck, and drove to express jet car wash with a magnet and some string to try to find the nail that caused the damage, I didn't manage to find it, but I did manage to find a handful of nails and screws, and I only searched in the vacuum bay I was in, which was very concerning, so I went to find someone that works there, to tell them what happened.
I found the same guy that I spoke to the last time one of my tires found a nail there (Diego), and told him what happened, he said they sweep every day, then I showed him the handful of debris from one bay, and he told me it was impossible.
Now I can understand this happening once, maybe twice over the course of 4 years, but to have the same car get three nails at the same location, and to put icing on the cake, my truck tire got a huge bolt in one of its tires as I was there looking for the nail that made me go back in the first place.
That's $1,700 worth of tire damage, and to add insult to injury, paying them $49 a month to boot.
After calling the manager, he said he would talk to the owner about it, and when I didn't receive a call back, I called him, and he informed me that I would not be reimbursed, and accused me of digging through the trash looking for nails and screws.
This is unacceptable, and this place does not deserve to remain in business.

Horrible experience at express car wash today. I was at the manual wash bay area, the mid one, and it was pathetic.
First of all the machine to start service was very old and wasn't accepting card. I started the service using 3, $1 bill, it worked for only 2-3 min, so I had to insert bills like 4 times to properly soap, rinse and dry. Still wouldn't dry as dryer was not that strong. Then all the extensions were dripping at the handle area, means it will mess your clothes and shoe for sure. The only good thing was the free vacuums but it wasn't able to suck out the dust properly, maybe worse than my hand held vacuum. I wish I had clicked pictures.

The touch less wash didn't get much off but the free vacuum made up for it until the head of the vacuum fell off

Waste of money, waste of time, waste of resources!! I used the best possible service in the touch free. The bugs were left as-is, even the dust spots didn't go.
