Hi, I had a problem with my Visa and the change money machine didn't give me coins. I just called the number and manager sent me all coins to my address directly. Thank you so much. This is honest and reliable business, don't worry, if something happens, you will get help from owner immediately. Highly recommend.

Me and my husband went to wash our car the bay we went to took our coins and we had to move to a new bay to wash our car and spend more money to move to a new bay! I called the number for Leo’s and left a message stating that my money was taken an I would like a refund for what was taken! They sent me enough coins for 2 washes 1 coin for vacuum and an air fresher! They are good for there word a that’s why I will continue to wash my car at Leo’s!

Seems like this carwash may be under new ownership. Vacuums aren't the greatest, but the $6 price for a wash isn't bad.

The manager of the place is so nice and helpful, and so is the one that cleans up the parking lot and empties trash. Good staff always leave a good impression on me, and I will absolutely recommend going there if you're in New Castle at any time.

Usually, I love this place as it’s a good deal and offers somewhat reliable wash equipment. Although, I just recently visited and there were nails all over the place. There were several nails on the ground in the bay I was in, and some over by the vacuums as well. This could have easily messed up my tires, but I got lucky. I really hope they start taking better care of this issue as this is one of my favorite self-service wash places to frequent.

Horrible first experience. No soap available and very little foam. I had to go to new castle auto spa anyway. Will never return.

Every time I'm in Newcastle, I get my car wash at this place. Very clean & prices are very reasonable.
Owners are super friendly & helpful. Highly recommended.
