I actually didn't go here for FedEx it's in the local Walgreens here. Still I would use the FedEx here instead of going to the main building on corporate commons.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO TRACK DOWN PACKAGES AND FIND ANSWERS. No ones cares about your package here. You will be throw around in circles for months.

I don't understand how FedEx is still in business. This is by far the most unprofessional, unreasonable, and poorly ran service in America. Between delays, lost packages, and drivers delivering to wrong addresses this company as a whole needs to be shut down.
