It's a harsh but easy gig. Definitely helped me get back into shape. Once you memorize the routes the quicker you get the more money you make. Only thing I dislike is showing up at 8:30a and not being paid until 10:30. The package route system is currently updating so it's becoming more accurate. If you're not used to driving box trucks you won't like driving the big awkward Econolines they use taking up a whole lane.

Many times my package got lost or just stayed on the truck like they was making delivery and never came. Customer service is terrible. They’ll sit there and lie to you and say it’s gonna come it’s gonna come and then never comes and then I Don’t get my money back because some companies says it’s out of their hands. I never got my money back from FedEx or none of the companies I hate FedEx because it’s ridiculous how they act and what they do and they have no respect for customers. I’m really pissed off because how do you lose a package when it just came from Philadelphia? It’s on a truck and just sitting there. Come on now. Where is the respect at what happens if you all get fired and have no job I don’t get it and customer service is just sick to me and I just had surgery seven days ago my package been on the truck for two days and it has not moved and the lady said it is moving. No, it’s not please stop it most disrespectful company I ever experience in my life and you never get your money back. It’s months and months and months.

Lies about deliveries. Promised my package delivery for 3 days. With no intentions to actually deliver. Now spend the money to return to sender I am refusing this late package. Never even attempted to drop off package.

Worst experience I’ve ever had involving package delivery. I have had to call FedEx every single day in the last week to attempt to get my package, and I still have not they keep claiming that my House is a commercial business, and they keep telling me new excuses every single day on why they didn’t deliver my package. They are incapable of doing their job.

How does a package go from being 30 mins away from my home to being shipped to California? Now having another shipment being shipped through them and having the same problem again. Can’t wait to see where my package ends up this time.

Package attempt said delivery was unsuccessful. Lies we have cameras delivery driver did not even get out of the truck. Its been years since I've used fedex but have always gotten a ticket or slip for a missed delivery. Nothing! The guy didn't even get out of the truck! I requested pickup at location on friday 4/4/25, here it is 4/8 and its been saying out for delivery for days.
If I ever get another package with fedex shipping I promise Im canceling. I'll never use them again.

Drivers never knocked on door only took picture of door and kept package. Package was changed to pick up center. Both drivers never dropped package at pick up center! This is over three days of “attempted deliveries”. FedEx is the worst not sure why they get to intercept international deliveries!

Excellent. The service person met me at the customer parking lot, took my package. The package arrived in time. Easy Peasy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This facility is the absolute worst! The driver's proof of delivery IS CLEARLY NOT MY HOUSE. I have no idea where Latika (driver) delivered this package to. And after an in-person visit to the facility, I was told the driver is an outside contractor and there was nothing they could do about it. What the entire eff?
